The valuation was a lot higher than we were able to sell the property for. The photography was ok but the photos were very saturated in colour. They were a bit slow with everything but we did sell the property using them so they did the job. We also used them to sell an inherited property and they were very on the ball with that one! The photography for that property was amazing too.

Burnap and Abel Dover office were very efficient and proactive in selling our property and once under offer, were supportive and communicative throughout the sale.

They are professional and on the ball. Thry advised putting tge property with a range, but the headline in the portals was the lower figure. The range was just ignored by the potential buyers.
I think this was a mistake in this very difficult market. If i did it again id go for the top figure and not a range. I thing it substantially reduced offers and thus the final selling price.

They sold in 2 years. A very difficult place to sell. My thief of a sister cut me out of negotiations and keep the money so I can't comment on anything more than initial conversation
