They sold in 2 years. A very difficult place to sell. My thief of a sister cut me out of negotiations and keep the money so I can't comment on anything more than initial conversation

Highly recommend Burnap and Abel in Dover. I sold my house this year with them and as I purchased a new build, the sale was far from straightforward; there were lots of twists and turns along the way! However, with the support, ongoing communication and personal service from Stacie, Eamonn and the team, I felt more at ease. I also felt more comfortable selling my house through a smaller estate agents rather than a larger, corporate chain. Thank you B&A Dover!

From the first meeting with Damian Abel for a valuation and discussion on marking strategy, through to photographs, EPC rating and marketing of the property, it has been a smooth and painless journey. Multiple viewings were arranged within days of advertising going “live” and within 2 weeks I had a Sale Agreed. Staff kept me up to date at all times and responded very quickly to any questions I had. I really couldn’t find any fault in the service I received and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property.

We have just sold our flat in Dover with Burnap & Abel, and thr whole process was so simple and smooth. From the initial meeting, to the valuation and photos, to the actual selling; it was flawless.
They were always available on the phone with any questions, and was really informative and polite.
Had a really nice exchange after selling with them. Overall, superb service and would definitely recommend.
