Purchased a property through Burnaps and we were happy with their help etc. Even got a nice bottle of fizz and some chocolates as a present which was a nice touch, unlike the other big popular highstreet estate agent that we sold with who were extremely hard to deal with and gave up once they secured our custom. Going forwards I would choose Burnaps over the other agent we used!
