Having been renting for a number of years we have had a lot of different estate agents and property managers. Butler and Stag were by far the best we’ve had, in particular, our property manager Lauren was excellent. She was always easily reachable, friendly, helpful and efficient. Whenever we reported a maintenance issue it was dealt with in good time and during one period where we had disruption from neighbours she was understanding, provided good advice and ultimately helped us to resolve it.
As tenants it’s quite common to feel forgotten about or unimportant, this was certainly not the case with Butler and Stag and we’d like to thank Lauren and the whole team for making our time renting a property from them as enjoyable and stress free as possible.
