Viewed the property on the Friday, moved in only a few days later on the Tuesday, and that was even with a delay due to issues with my referencing (my own fault), which Mesba kindly helped with extensively. Have already recommended their services to friends.

We recently bought a house through Butler and Stag. Bradley had shown us a few very nice houses, but they seemed either too finished, or too big a job, when Rob suggested one that wasn’t yet up on their site. We instantly knew it was the one. It took a while as the onward chain was complicated and fell through once but everyone kept calm and eventually it resurrected itself. It’s never easy but they were a lovely team to deal with.

Excellent all round. From my first meeting with Chris Marsh I knew I was in safe hands and every step of the way was managed smoothly and professionally from then on. The sales team really put the effort in to get to know the property so that they could market it efficiently and find the right buyers, which they very quickly managed. Martine in Sales Progression then stepped in to skilfully steer the process through to completion.<br>Very refreshing to work with such a cohesive and proactive team, it really made the whole process very easy both for myself as seller but also for the buyers.
