Butler & Stag were truly exceptional in my opinion dealing with both my sale and purchase. Martine , Leah and Ellie handled every problem with ease in very exceptional circumstances and made sure I was informed at every stage.<br>They were there for every phone call or message. Very professional and I felt they spoke to me like I was a person not just a client.<br>Martine went above and beyond to help me in every aspect even after completion.<br>Best ever service I have ever received.

I had a very positive experience with the agency throughout my first property purchase. From the initial viewings through to the final stages of the purchase, I felt very supported during what was at times quite a stressful and complex process. 2 years renting with Butler and Stag and overall they are great to deal with. Respond promptly and are helpful, but not in your business every 5 minutes like some landlords. Overall a professional and easy company to deal with. Would definitely rent from them again. Cheers to Olivia, Freddie and the rest of the team for their great work.

We had a great experience with Butler & Stag and would highly recommend them.<br><br>Martine was fantastic from start to finish. She kept in regular contact with us, provided updates every step of the way, and was always available to answer any questions we had.<br><br>We’d also like to thank Ellie, who showed us the property and was incredibly helpful from the beginning. I couldn’t recommend Butler & Stag highly enough. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive, helpful and genuinely supportive throughout the purchase of my flat.<br><br>There were some unforeseen delays during the process, but the team kept me updated throughout and always made sure I knew what was happening. Martine in particular was absolutely amazing. She was so positive, friendly and reassuring, and did a brilliant job of keeping me calm during what could otherwise have been a very stressful process. She consistently went above and beyond to keep me in touch with the right people and make sure everything was moving forward.<br><br>Even after I’d moved in, when I had a few teething problems, Martine was still incredibly helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was put in touch with the right people.<br><br>The whole experience felt very personal, which is something you don’t always get with estate agents. I’m so grateful for all their help and would highly recommend Butler & Stag to anyone buying or selling a property, especially if you want an estate agent who genuinely cares about their clients.

The team at Butler & Stage Bow went above and beyond to push through our purchase. Martine is wonderful to work with, always picks up the phone and answers emails immediately. Even when things aren’t necessarily in the estate agent remit, she does them anyway. So helpful and reassuring, with a fantastic positive attitude.
