I had a fantastic experience working with the Butler and Stag team. We worked with Svetlana and Martine. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how efficiently Martine handled everything, thanks to her dedication and expertise, we were able to complete the deal much quicker than expected.
She kept us well informed of what was happening within our chain and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I truly appreciate all the hard work she put in to get this over the line.
Also overall butler and stag are brilliant estate agents and would recommend to friends and family! Thank you again for all your help!

I recently chose Butler & Stag to find a tenant for my flat and manage the tenancy. I felt that their evaluation of the market and suggested rental price was more realistic than other agents, which meant that the lettings team secured a tenant for the flat very quickly, and their management fees are very competitive. So far my experiences with the management team looking after my property have been very positive - a direct line to someone who picks up, and communication has been responsive and reliable. It has only been one month of the tenancy, but so far, so good.
