My wife and I moved into a new build (flats) so all is still getting off the ground ie contracts for cleaning/Refuse waste bins.
However all the team at By Choice have been very quick to sort any issues out.
I would like to personally thank Keeleigh, she made our moving experience easy with a lovely welcome, she has also been visible and very approachable if anything comes to our attention.

We recently bought a new build apartment through ByChoice, their communication throughout has been awesome. A particular mention to Keeleigh at the Bury St Edmunds office who has been tremendous! Her customer service skills are right up there with the best, she is always helpful, very quick to respond to queries and always willing to go the extra mile. She continues to be my go-to point of contact of choice at ByChoice…..I’ll be very disappointed although not entirely surprised if she gets poached by a bigger fish!!

Matt went above and beyond to sell the property. Used lots of Estate Agents over the years, but never ever, have I used an Estate Agent as good as this. All the team kept me advised as well. And very reasonable fees, especially for all the hard work they went to.

Professional yet friendly from the beginning. The pictures and marketing was amazing from the outset. Despite dealing with the newest member of the team the majority of the time, I cannot fault him. He was always polite, friendly and helpful. I could have done with a little more advice on negotiating final price with buyers, but this was my inexperience.
