I visited Carters and asked them to contact me when a two bedroom ground floor flat came available at Coniston Court , Nuneaton.
One was then advertised for rent and one for sale but no contact forthcoming.
I then arranged a viewing for the sale flat and, during viewing, another couple suddenly appeared inside the property, although I was given no notice this was to happen by the accompanying Carter’s agent who said nothing any stage.
I then telephoned an offer for the flat and was promised a call back within two days. As before, there was no call back to press- after ten days.
For both buyer and vendor, this is unprofessional and deplorable.
How firms like this stay in business is beyond me!

A wonderful experience from the initial valuation to completion. Alex kept us informed every step of the way and was always very professional. The viewings ran smoothly, with Sam. Then onwards Alex kept us informed. Marketing excellent and would not hesitate to use again and 100% would recommend. Thank you.

My first home buying experience with carters has been absolutely delightful. Having to deal with a long chain they worked very actively to finally complete the chain. They have been very friendly and quick to respond. Cheers to Samantha who handled the matter , Alex and everyone else who was involved.
