Ozzie, Kaz & Omar are the BEST! I recently relocated to London for work & contacted countless agents via email, property enquiries, phone calls & in person introductions but to no avail. I reached out about a let & the same night Kaz contacted me & the next day Ozzie took me to see 2 flats, one which I hadn't even seen advertised. I settled on a property that day, thanks to the knowledge & insight that Ozzie offered. This team walked this transplant through the letting process with patience & thoroughness. No question was too small.
Knowing that I was relocating with lots of heavy luggage & many stairs, Ozzie & Omar even carried my belongings to the 2nd floor, & Ozzie showed me the ins & outs of the flat, explaining differences I wouldn't have thought of until later. The guys still continue to check on me & they connected me with great landlords. I cannot say enough positive things about this trio!

Always be suspicious of a business that has no name sign displayed above the window for about 2 years. Literally a big empty space, rotting the fabric of the building underneath and a blight on the high street. Come on guys - do your bit to make the street look nice and encourage people to trust you and consider walking in. In their reply to this review they say 'we are happy to inform you that our shop front sign shall be completed very shortly'. That was over a year ago. The demonstration of this lie is literally on display every day. If this is what they consider 'very shortly' or pride in following through on your word I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

The door was broken in my property they fix it an hour I was really Happy with them.
