Had a great experience with Chaffers finding our new rented property. We dealt with Emma throughout the process and she was an absolute star, going above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible, even when I was on the other side of the world in a different time zone, she still kept me updated at every stage! The communication was great at every step and we had a lovely warm in-person welcome on move in day from Emma which makes all the difference. Thank you!

Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. I was contacted and told that someone had tried to reach me about my enquiry a week earlier, which is quite impressive considering I had only made the enquiry three days prior.
I met Ralf, at the viewing and to be fair, he was the only positive part of the entire experience—friendly and professional.
I submitted an offer on Saturday and then heard absolutely nothing. By Tuesday, I had to chase them myself, only to be told “someone should have got back to you.” Not exactly the level of service you’d expect when making such an important decision. I was then informed that a higher offer had been made, so I increased mine accordingly… and once again, silence.
I’ve never actually been told that my offer was unsuccessful. I can only assume it wasn’t accepted because the property has now been marked as sold on Rightmove. Communication clearly isn’t a priority here.
Overall, incredibly poor service, lack of transparency, and zero follow-through. I won’t be using them again, and I certainly wouldn’t trust them to handle the sale of a property either.

Harry is really approachable and really helped us with buying our property. Alister was also very on it with constant communication. We had a nightmare chain so glad to be out the other side! Thanks for your help on everything.

We have been working with Chaffers to both sell our property and purchase new. They were so helpful throughout the process as it was a complicated situation. Lauren was extremely kind to our family member who needed the additional support during the selling process and on move day, Alistair was really helpful with a last minute panic.
