We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Emma at Chaffers while searching for our rental property, and I honestly can’t recommend her highly enough.
From the very beginning, Emma was kind, understanding and incredibly supportive. After I explained our unfortunate circumstances and the need to move, she truly went above and beyond to help us. She arranged a viewing for us quickly and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel so much more manageable.
Emma was professional, approachable and always kept us informed throughout the process. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and it was clear she genuinely cared about helping us find the right home.

From the start to the end we can not fault Emma! Emma has a lovely manner about her. She is cheerful, knowledgeable, and always happy to assist. She went above and beyond to help us get around a few obstacles to allow us to move into our property. Any questions we had she was only to happy to help even if I asked a silly question i wasn’t made to feel silly! Was an absolute pleasure in meeting Emma and she made our whole process easy. Chaffers have looked after our rental property for several years. We have always received an outstanding professional service from them and in particular over the last few months when their advice and tenacity has been invaluable. Chaffers Estate Agents breached the contract with us to let our property. They failed to complete a check in inventory that they were contracted to do, when tenants moved in. They have failed to redress our losses and the DPS could not uphold our claim as there was not enough evidence, due to the lack of inventory. They have failed to apologise, and they have gone out of their way to avoid accepting responsibility of their negligence. Very poor communication, emails were frequently not signed from a generic email address.

We had a excellent young lady name Emma show us around our new home she explained everything that we needed to know and answered any questions we asked we would recommend to go to Chaffers Estate Agents if you are looking if so ask for Emma Farrell

I'd give extra stars if I could! Emma from Chaffers listened to what I needed and she made sure everything went to plan. It was a wild time for me as breakups are, but with Emma I was in good hands and I cannot recommend them enough. Emma is a super star! Thank you
