Chamberlains could not have made things easier for Tracy and myself. We deal with Chamberlains lettings who always give a great service, this is the first time we have sold a property through them. I sold my house with Chamberlains, achieving 2 offers at asking price within days of going to market. Zoe & Sam in the bovey tracey office were both friendly, helpful and efficient.
I then made an offer on a property that was also on their books. I can honestly say that my experience of both a sale and a purchase were as stress free as possible. I would 100% recommend them and I wouldnt think twice about using them again in the future.

Full credit to the team at Chamberlains Bovey Tracey particularly to Zoë who led the sale of our property. Zoë went above and beyond in proactively chasing up and progressing the sale, finding solutions rather than letting issues hold things up and keeping the chain in order. Zoë also worked well with the solicitors involved. She always communicated what was happening and clearly what we needed to do - even ringing or emailing on her days off or from holiday! Zoë provided a superb service with exemplary care to detail, dedication and good humoured professionalism as required.

The team at Chamberlains were brilliant when we bought our house, they went above and beyond to help manage some of the complexities that can arise during a purchase and we both felt as though they were really genuine. we would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic service. Everybody in the office hardworking, Approachable, And Professional. Went that extra mile and chased and chased until property sold. Really kept the sale on track in my mind. Always prompt feedback after every viewing. Fantastic experience from start to end. Would only use Chamberlains in the future. Well done guys !!!
