Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I was planning to rent a flat through this agency and stopped looking at other properties because I was expecting to move forward with this one. They asked me to provide my personal information and complete all the required paperwork, which I did.<br><br>After all of this, they suddenly informed me that the current tenant had decided to extend their stay and the flat was no longer available.<br><br>Because of this, I missed out on other properties and was left with almost no time to find somewhere else to live. This has been extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Really disappointing way to treat a potential tenant.

Well this has been an experience to be honest. Please be aware when dealing with this agency and their landlords ( who apparently never reply to them but are responsive when signing new tenants) . They will keep your deposit for months and months but will have no problems taking deposits from next tenants ON THE SAME PROPERTY .<br><br>we have been quiet for 2 months but these guys have been holding our deposit despite no issues with check out reports.<br><br>Your agents should be explicitly clear from start IF you agency doesn’t like to release deposits on time .

I moved into my flat in June and had a great experience with the sales agent, Kevin. I wasn't made aware at the time of move in though that the landlord doesn't actually use Chase Evans for repairs. I flagged that my shower head holder was broken and a safety hazard during my inspection on June 1st. It is now September 16th and I still have not been able to get someone to come repair it and the shower head has hit me on the head, leaving a bruise multiple times. The property manager, Andrew Karayiannis, and his manager Bethany are claiming they're doing all they can do but they rarely return my calls or follow through on what they say they're going to do and they're unable to get an appointment set. I have tried going through the landlord's person directly but he is unresponsive as well. This is by far the worst property management experience I've had in the UK and in the US. At the very least, make sure you understand if Chase Evans actually manages the property or just avoid altogether.
