Our mum wanted to sell her house, so I chose Chris Davies Estate Agents in Rhoose, as we’d heard good things about them and for us it was really important that they were local, knew the property market and could provide the personal touch.
From the first meeting with Andrew, he was brilliant, putting us at ease, fully explaining the process, being a great help & very knowledgeable. We sold mums house very quickly & would totally recommend Andrew together with his team in Rhoose, as they are really friendly, helpful, know the area & are very knowledgeable - they really look after you from start to finish.

Absolutely brilliant, polite helpful and went the extra mile to assist, I live away from the sale and the Team at Chris Davies have helped with access for contractors etc. and have kept me well informed. Further to the great support they sold the property on the first day!! You could not ask for more ????????????????
