I recently helped my brother with the sale of his property through Chris Davies in Barry and was involved with many of the practical arrangements, including property access, appointments and key handovers.
Sarah and Maddison were excellent throughout. They were always friendly, professional and quick to respond, and made the whole process straightforward from start to finish. Communication was excellent and I was always kept informed whenever anything needed to be arranged.
A big thank you to Sarah, Maddison and the rest of the team for all their help. I would happily recommend Chris Davies to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I recently sold my property through Chris Davies in Barry and had a very positive experience throughout.
Sarah and Maddison were both excellent from start to finish. They kept me updated regularly, were always friendly and professional, and were proactive in chasing progress whenever things slowed down.
The sale was not straightforward, with two previous buyers withdrawing before completion, but Sarah and Maddison remained positive, supportive and determined throughout. Their communication and persistence were instrumental in keeping things moving and ultimately getting the sale over the finish line.
I would happily recommend Sarah, Maddison and the team at Chris Davies to anyone looking to sell their property.

The team at Chris Davies Barry were great and supportive with the process of me buying my house. Maddison and Sarah were incredibly helpful especially as it was a long process (no fault of theirs!). Would recommend!

Absolutely brilliant, polite helpful and went the extra mile to assist, I live away from the sale and the Team at Chris Davies have helped with access for contractors etc. and have kept me well informed. Further to the great support they sold the property on the first day!! You could not ask for more ????????????????
