I just want to thank Matt and the team for their professionalism and patience over the past 9 months whilst trying to sell our property. Im sure they'll be glad to see the back of us but they have been so supportive and nothing too much trouble. They have been the missing link when solicitors haven't been communicating and without Matt's help im sure I would have lost the plot ages ago. It all comes to a conclusion tomorrow but will always be grateful

We have just exchanged contracts on our house move today and all the ladies at the Barry Branch, Claire, Sarah and Maddison have all been fantastic with their support and communication throughout the entire process.
A special mention to Maddison who has personally overseen the sale and purchase of our new ???? from Day one.

Absolutely brilliant, polite helpful and went the extra mile to assist, I live away from the sale and the Team at Chris Davies have helped with access for contractors etc. and have kept me well informed. Further to the great support they sold the property on the first day!! You could not ask for more ????????????????
