Very little communication. Clearly over valued the property to get business. Needing pushing to try and promote. Never really seemed interested in selling.

From start to finish their was great support , their communication with us the conveyancer the buyer and the seller was great. With regular update and remind of I need it. Very patient and always polite in courteous. I have used crofts Twice now to sell and buy houses and I would use again if I was to sell but I'm not planning on it.

Having purchased multiple investment properties through Crofts Estate Agents in Immingham, I can honestly say the service has been outstanding from start to finish.

Cannot thank Crofts enough for all the work they have done for us over the past year. A few hiccoughs along the way with breaks in chains and sales falling through but we made it in the end.
Donna our negotiator worked hard to sort every little problem and nothing was too much trouble. She really is one in a million!!.
Thankyou also to Matt, Sue and Also Emma who looked after us while Donna was on holiday.
A great team in Immingham and we would definately reccomend them.

Crofts Estate Agents provided an efficient and professional service. They were always friendly, helpful and responsive, and ensured the sales process ran smoothly. Based in the centre of Louth, their office is easy to access. Thank you Crofts for providing an excellent service.
