Ben and his team were extremely helpful in selling a probate property. They helped us to organise a cleaning company, arrange minor repairs and find a trusted company to fix a significant issue that came up on the survey. They were proactive, found us a buyer quickly and were supportive throughout the whole process. It could have been a tricky sale for us as we weren’t local to the property but they managed everything efficiently. Highly recommend!

We recently purchased a property in Croxley Green and we worked with Ben King and honestly couldn't be happier. He was helpful throughout the transaction and their office was keeping constant dialogue between us and the seller to ensure that everything ran smoothly. I found him to be genuine and friendly and after we purchased we were given a very thoughtful gift which was the cherry on top. Couldn't recommend more!

Easy 5 stars! Highly recommend Dey King & Haria to guide you through the bumpy and stressful process of a house sale or purchase! Photos and video of our house were fantastic (received offer the first day!)
Ben was an absolute star. Professional, straight up, transparent, responded to all calls/emails and calm (unlike me sometimes ????) Excellent service all round.
