Dourish and Day handled selling our home, and the onward purchase of our new property. I cannot recommend them enough. Andy at Dourish and Day and the sales progression team helped the entire journey, including one property dropping out, managing our buyers, chasing solicitors.

What a team! Marketed our property with D&D after meeting Adam who took some superb photos & got our property online very quickly. Andrew dealt with the only viewing we had & subsequent offer & Clare worked her socks off to progress our sale, even though it wasn't always easy! Would definitely recommend ????

Dourish and Day made the process of selling our home very simple. They were efficient with communication and kept us in the loop throughout the process. Couldn’t fault them. They’re also open for longer hours than other estate agents so it is good when it’s a weekend/evening enquiry.

We found the staff friendly and professional, and the service was reasonably priced. Being a local agent their knowledge was very helpful. They dealt with all viewings without us needing to be present. Calls to their Penkridge office were diverted to their central office, which was slightly frustrating but hasn't detracted overall to our review rating.
