I just wanted to thank the team all for all their hard work and dedication.
Our story began with Jez who came out to value our own property - a very quick and simple process was followed and our house was up for sale immediately.
Steve S came and took photos and videos of our home- they were of excellent and high quality. Anna took care of our marketing online and was quick to many any small amendment. The brochure and online marketing was slick and drew people in- our home sold in 4 days.
Sarah was our designated lead on sales progression. She is a legend and like a dog with a bone- without her diligence, I do not believe I would be sat in my beautiful, new home today- thank you so, so much for keeping things moving in the right direction. You looked after us beautifully and I cannot possibly thank you enough. ????????
What I loved best about Dourish and Day was that if your designated lead was on holiday, their desk was still worked. Nicola stepped in whenever needed, to pick up that gauntlet, you made this process absolutely seamless. ???? Claire was also amazing - thank you so much for gluing my head back on when I really needed it. ????????
You guys work incredibly hard, and in my opinion went above and beyond at all times, but you make it look effortless. I spoke to several other members of staff and all were extremely helpful and supportive.
I would happily recommend Dourish and Day to anyone- and if I was to ever move again (I’m not!!) I would only use Dourish.
Jez and Steve have the dream team, I can see why you guys have all won so many awards, because from start to finish, I could not fault you on one thing.
You guys are rock stars. ??????????

Great agent to work with - kept me informed of progress liaised with my buyers solicitors and generally smoothed the bumpy path I found myself on towards the end of the process

Excellent from start to finish. The only agents we contacted who could come round within a few days and were charging less than others%, they priced correctly, took care with photos and narrative and we sold in 48 hours. Sales progression friendly and professional as well. Highly recommend.
