Ivan and Glenn were great about keeping us in the loop and really helped out with talking to the seller. They're diligent and patient , returned calls and responded to emails, always kept the lines of communication open. I'd had a pretty tough experience elsewhere prior to this, so I admit I asked way more questions than usual, but they were super reassuring every step of the way. I felt totally at ease right from the start. A big thank you to Edmund in Orpington.

Edmunds have sold this property three times — once before I bought it through them, and now selling it on my behalf. The fact it keeps coming back to them speaks volumes!
Communication throughout was brilliant. Regular calls as well as WhatsApp updates meant I always knew where things stood. Felt like I was in good hands from start to finish.

I cannot praise this team enough-a superb service from everyone from the first phone call that I made to arrange a viewing of one of their listed properties to the successful completion of my purchase. David showed us round and was both professional and friendly, clearly knew the property and was able to answer all our questions, giving us plenty of time to get to know the place. We ended up having 3 viewings and nothing was too much trouble for him.
I must commend both Ivan and Glen for their guidance in my purchase-they were so helpful and made the whole process as easy as possible for me. They were excellent at responding quickly to my e mails/phone calls and were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this firm: trustworthy, enthusiastic and highly efficient.

Rented a property with Edmunds Green st Green for over 4 years. Lovely staff. Tina was fantastic and a super effective, efficient member of staff. All staff welcoming and friendly and would definitely recommend them to everyone whether buying or renting!
