Rented a property with Edmunds Green st Green for over 4 years. Lovely staff. Tina was fantastic and a super effective, efficient member of staff. All staff welcoming and friendly and would definitely recommend them to everyone whether buying or renting!

We recently bought our first home through Edmunds and had a great experience from start to finish. As first time buyers, we felt truly blessed to have such genuine people around us to walk us through the process. They never took advantage of our inexperience and always treated us like people rather than another sales opportunity. David showed us around and was really generous with his time, letting us take a proper look and sharing some genuinely useful advice about improvements we could make down the line. Glenn and Ivan kept communication with the sellers flowing well throughout, and when some tricky conversations came up around furnishings being left or removed, they handled it all with real diplomacy. The whole team at Edmunds were personable and we built a great rapport with all of them. They proactively offered us a second viewing before we even thought to ask, were always on top of emails, and got the sold sign up instantaneously without us ever having to ask them. Would highly recommend.

Just wanted to thank Glenn and Ivan for all their help in selling Mum's flat. They both worked very hard in finding a buyer, giving the buyer lots of help and attention in buying the flat and keeping us informed all the way through the process.

These guys did what others promised and couldn’t do.
Have used them twice now and the communication is amazing.
Very respectful selling on my dad’s house when emotions are running high. Defo recommend.
