Edmunds sold our house really quickly but my purchase moved really slowly. After 4 months - even though the deadline for the chain was still 4 months away; I was put under intensive pressure to exchange contracts even though the onward chain wouldnt exchange. My belief is that the pressure came from Edmunds, whenever I asked for real details, they were never forthcoming. Other professional involved in the chain completely agreed with me - that it was Edmunds driving the pressure. I pulled away from my 'dream' property and found another one, which would do. Obviously this is just my opinion but I wouldnt recommend them.

We have just bought our first home through Kevin and Andy at Edmund. We have been looking for over a year so have worked with many agents and these guys have from day 1 been the best of the best.
They are knowledgable, honest and go above and beyond to be helpful throughout the purchase. We couldn’t have asked for better people to work with. If you’re lucky enough to find your home through them you’re in good hands! And when one day we do come to sell, we wouldn’t go to anyone else.
A huge thanks to you both - you are brilliant and have really made the journey to move in as seamless as possible.

We had been renting for five years following the sale of our property despite our continued efforts to get back on the ladder and we were starting to think it was never going to happen. Andrew and Kevin were always friendly, professional, and sensitive to our family’s needs whilst assisting us with our purchase. We are delighted to be settled in our new home and very grateful for all their help. We would highly recommend them.

Harassed into moving from our home on the premise that buyer would be homeless. Turns out 3 weeks out of our home in cramped cottage with Son and his family, all our furniture in storage and considerable costs with double removing and our buyers not even moved in but got builders in and has turned it into a building site. We are in our 70's and attempts to stay put were met with extreme rudeness and my wife was swore at. I would not recommend this Company who can achieve a sale but then change tactic and turn very nasty if you do not do as they want.

They are bullies. Yes they get a sale but expect you to complete in 28 days. When you do not they turn nasty. We are in our 70's homeless because they would not stop bullying. Used profanities when told we would not complete our purchase in time. In the end we put furniture in store and moved in with son. 4 weeks now in cramped conditions and our old home is building site and purchaser said to be homeless is having major works carried out. Meanwhile we are still homeless. Would not recommend they are more interested in fee than you as client.
