We have only just moved in to our new home. Our experience with Sheila has been wonderful, she has been there for everything we need so far and replies to emails very fast! Michelle the accountant is also lovely and really easy to speak to. We are looking forward to meeting the rest of the team, all green flags so far !!!!!!

I can’t comment on their sales team, but I strongly advise landlords against using their letting services. You risk losing good tenants. Communication is practically impossible, booking a viewing is a complete hassle. Even as a full-time professional with an excellent credit score, I found it extremely difficult to get a proper response.

The team at Ellis Winters was very professional when dealing with our recent house purchase.We were always kept up to date on the progress of our sale and felt in safe hands. We were lucky to be shown around by a lady who showed interest in our needs and was very knowledgeable. We really appreciated this as we were new to the area. We would recommend this agency to anyone considering a purchase in the near future.

We were able to find a rental property and move in so quickly. What was a very stressful situation for us was made so much more straightforward and manageable thanks to their help and support.<br><br>A special thank you to Tracie, who was absolutely fantastic throughout.
