I recently got Ellis Winters to sell my house for me, they talked me through every step and would regularly keep in contact to let me know every detail about the house viewings and also everything else to do with all the steps needed for the sale of the house.
Everyone in Ellis Winters made it as easy as possible for me.

We have bought our first house via Ellis Winters and had a very nice experience with their service even though the rest of the process was quite painful and took much longer than expected.
From the initial viewing to the deliverance of keys, all the team was very kind, helpful, supportive, and friendly. Whenever the conveyancing process was stuck Natalie McDermott from St Ives branch chased the conveyancers, kept us updated and when I was quite flustered with the process she reassured me.
We wanted to have an impromptu viewing of the house before the exchange and they arranged it very quickly on the same day. I cannot remember the name of the lady we talked that day but she did her best to fulfil our last minute request.
Everyone we got in touch was very good at their job and went above and beyond to complete the process and make things easier for us (and probably for the vendors too!). Thanks for everything!
