My partner and I viewed a beautiful property with Ellis Winters, the team were very friendly and honest throughout the process. Matt was so lovely and Megan is an angel! Matt booked us into the viewing and accommodated our timeframe which in this case was same day. Megan showed us the property and answered all our questions with a smile.
What a lovely and friendly group of people, makes a very nice difference to experiences my partner and I have had with other estate agencies. Fingers crossed we get the place, and if not we will definitely be keeping our eye on their website as the photos and descriptions are honest with no fluff and they genuinely want to help people find their dream home!

Excellent service throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and consistent via text, email, and phone. The estate agent always returned my calls promptly and carried out tasks exactly as promised. Every member of the team I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, and understanding, showing just the right amount of human compassion. Overall, it was a positive experience.
