I can’t thank Team Terry at Ellis Winters, March enough. Its been an emotional rollercoaster for me from start to finish and they’ve been there for me through the snot and tears, sarcasm and wit with weekly updates, calming words and support and I’m now living in the bungalow of my dreams.<br>I would recommend them in a heartbeat for being caring, compassionate and professional in every way.

Awfully experience in person with them today, looking to rent a bungalow with my disabled partner, she went in to ask about a property and they were very rude. She asked about if there was any room for negotiation on the rent price and they said "this isnt a house sale you cant ask for a change" which is in most circumstances incorrect. The moment she mentioned we were on benefits he spouted some nonsense that having benefits changes the landlords rights therefore it wouldn't be favourable to them (confirmed with 3 estate agents to be false), got up and held the door open for her!<br><br>Appalling unprofessional behaviour and absolutely disgusting display of prejudice against a disabled person who can't work.

Despite not selling with the team, they provided us with a service over and above their duties when we purchased from them. Our own estate agents (“they who shall not be named”) could never provide the service and care shown by Ellis Winters. In particular, Gary and Jan were our stalwart champions. With proactive and caring communication, a personable service, honest and transparent approach, we recommend them wholeheartedly. We regret being hoodwinked into selling with “those who shall not be named” and wish that we could have sold with Ellis Winters.<br><br>We barely had a relationship with our own agents, but felt so grateful for the support from Jan and Gary that we met them face to face on moving day and gave them chocolates - well deserved!!<br><br>Moving house is stressful, but Ellis Winters will support and guide you through with compassion and expertise. Trust them - they’ve got you.
