Liam at EweMove has been fantastic. From first viewing the property he has gone out of his way to provide a professional and friendly service. Nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend using to buy or sell a property.

We contacted EweMove after being let down by another estate agent. We had found our future home and needed to sell ours quickly to ensure our offer would be accepted.
We contacted EweMove on a Wednesday, Martin came to our house Thursday morning, the advert was live by Friday & the house had 12 viewings booked in for Bank Holiday Monday & Wednesday evening. The house was sold by the Wednesday, 7 days after initial contact. This service is unheard of and completely blew us away.
Martin was unbelievably knowledgeable and extremely generous with his time. We were made to feel like his only client despite his busy workload & nothing was too much trouble.
We will never use another estate agent and will recommend Martin & EweMove to everybody we know.
We can't thank you enough Martin.

Helen Garratt from the Grantham area is a very rude agent who takes things personally, some of her reviews confirm this. We viewed a house twice which was a very nice house in a lovely location but it did need work. The kitchen units, wardrobes were damaged, bedroom carpets soiled and worn, stairs and walls were in ill repair, a "space" above the garage needed finishing including installation of heating. We also did our research on sought after Grantham locations such as Manthorpe and Belton, a house with 4 double beds, river views, large gardens recently sold in one week for £495k. We made a similar offer, £35k below the asking price as we were thinking of the work needed. This is when we were met with Helen's rude and unprofessional manner, I have a recording of her message. Its disgusting, she lacks customer service. She was very condescending and tried to compare the house to a larger 5 bed that sold on the same road, we have very much done our homework. Not once did she indicate to make a further offer which we would have been willing to do.
We have since researched Ewemove, do not touch this Estate Agent. It is a franchise where they have "brought" a particular area with approx 20k properties within that area. They pay an amount per house they advertise so every penny counts which explains Helen ruthless manner, high property prices and a desperate attempt to get over the odds.
Stay with a high street agent, you know what you are getting there. I look forward to the short abrupt response to this, no doubt condescending too!!

***Observe the reply , difficult to contest facts I guess ???? heavy focus on sellers with no thought for buyers hence the lack of any meaningful content in the reply . If you are a buyer steer clear ***
Where to start ? I’ll keep it brief .
Viewed a property , offered guide price. No mention of another buyer offering at the time, unlike most vendors who provide a response in a short amount of time the seller provided no response until two days later . Given my position I had executed on viewing more properties, I was called by Rebecca who was quite unprofessional and short on the phone regarding this, almost expecting to me to fully commit despite not hearing back . Outstanding ! The excuse given was that she was waiting for Minors and Brady to respond regarding solicitors but this was already outlined that they were proceeding and arranging .
An hour later I accepted, this was early afternoon mind you . After getting excited and beginning to contact solicitors , mortgage advisor and my estate agent I receive a …….
Wait for it !!!! An email , not a phone call out of courtesy an email . A poor one at best with one line at 8 in the evening. Fantastic ! What a fabulously communicated message . The offer accepted was less than myself however they were first time buyers . My buyers were chain free/cash buyers but let’s not dwell too much on the reasoning but the execution .
I followed up with email outlining my disappointment asking for why they deliberated only to accept then pull out . I received no feedback so instead I’ll leave this review and share this with others . Unfortunately this estate agent didn’t have a grip of her client , clearly an unpredictable individual only exacerbated by the poor delivery from the estate agent .

The team at Ewemove has been extremely helpful with helping us to move in, especially Kelly who has guided us through out the step by step process of getting the property. I was really impressed as kelly has continuously updated me and made my moving in smoothly and accomodated my needs in moving in. Even after moving in , they have helped me with any issue that may arise. I recommend their professionalism in handling their client well and making sure that all things are sorted out.
