Communication to the seller on day of moving was very poor. Turned up to house with keys after picking them up from their offices and tenants were still in the house with their possessions still in property. I rang the ewemove office and they didn't want to know. Seems to me they had their money and washed there hands on the whole matter, no after sales commitment at all.... Read more

Wanted to drop price by £10000. Before it went on the market 4 appointments 1 cancelled 10 mins before viewing 1 walked to the back garden and said they did not want to buy a house on a main road clearly not given the information properly 1 was normal buyer 1 was investor looking for letting property. Highest commission is charged by ewemove for very poor service but they do little to sell your property... Read more
