She initially assisted with organising a viewing outside of working hours as suited us, and once an offer had been accepted she liaised between the parties on a daily basis to smooth the transaction and keep communications open. Met Alex from Ewemove when I put my house on the market last September. He has been excellent throughout the whole process and sorted me out through every house related meltdown. He sold my house within a week, gave me first dibs on any houses he had coming to market with my specifications (of which there are many) and has jumped through hoops to meet my ridiculous expectations. He's gone above and beyond at every turn, keeping in contact out of hours when most estate agents clock off at 5. Some days I've spoken to him more than my husband, and my kids think I'm having an affair with him ???? absolute top guy, if you're selling your house you want this guy in your corner ???????? (PS I'm not having an affair with him - just highly recommend him as a top estate agent and a top bloke)

Joy Fennell of Ewemove Hebden Bridge has been the total opposite of our experience so far with estate agents. She was honest, punctual, efficient and took great pride and care from start to finish. Joy took great photos of our property and priced our property at the right price which meant that we had lots of interest. Even though the first offer fell through, she very swiftly found us a buyer who was motivated to progress their purchase at the speed of us given we had already had an offer accepted on another property.
Joy was always a text or call away for any concerns (legit or stupid), and was very reassuring throughout the process.
Joy kept us up to date on the whole process, and we exchanged within a month of the offer being accepted. The use of the sale progressers ASAP also helped push the process through.
I do think that the one person self employed model of Ewemove has resulted in such an efficient process. I cannot say the same for the estate agents we are purchasing from. I would gladly use Joy again on a purchase or sale.

We were buying our first house and after hearing the horror stories from people who purchased elsewhere in the country through different estate agents, I can't believe how amazing the Hebden/Sowerby Ewe Move team were!
Our main contact was Wendy, and all I can say is she was absolutely top class! I'd be happy to say she is an elite agent who many could learn (a lot) from. She was friendly, pro-active, professional, caring, and generally hard working. Any questions we had were responded to in record time. She even went above and beyond after the sale had went through and we got our keys - she had no obligation to do so, but before we asked she was on the phone to fix our issues. It's a breathe of fresh air to see someone who generally cares about their clients. Wendy would certainly get our vote for international estate agent of the year (or decade)!
I'd highly recommend their services to anyone in the area, and I hope that we can use them again if we ever wish to move. They will certainly be the first point of contact if so!

Unfortunately things fell through with my chain, but despite that (and the fact she acted on behalf of the other vendors), I found her extremely supportive from start to finish.

I dealt with Joy on the purchase of a new flat in Luddenden - This is a 4 hour drive from my home in Surrey, Joy was BRILLIANT at every step of the process. Always on time for viewings and willing to allow me to view at short notice. Great advice and helpful guidance all the way through the process.
The whole think too longer than anticipated and on a couple of occasions my frustration lead me to almost pull out - Joy was there - a voice of reason and because of her I now how a lovely new home .

We spent the spring/summer of 2021 AND 2022 looking for the right property in Calderdale. We met every estate agent in the area.
Of them all, Ewemove and Wendy were consistently head and shoulders above the rest. Very friendly and very helpful, easy to contact etc. On more than a couple of occasions Wendy really went out of her way to accommodate us.
Ewemove's photos are generally much more appealing than what most other estate agents are providing (so many of other agents are taking terrible, dark, lopsided photos). Ewemove clearly takes more care and this helps advertise the character of the homes.
We have our Todmorden house now. But if I do ever move away from here I'll be contacting Ewemove.

Wendy has been fantastic with us from start to finish. From calling her on the Tuesday evening at 6:30pm to say we wanted to put our house on the market for a quick sale, she called back 10 minutes later to say she had a viewing for the next day! She came to take photos and our house was on the market in less that 48 hours! We had several viewing but decided to go with a part exchange on ours in the end. Wendy was always available to chat to us and even set up a WhatsApp group. She has offered us so much help and support and it has been lovely dealing with her. Wendy (EweMove Hebden Bridge and Sowerby) is my letting agent for a property in Hebden Bridge. It is hard to praise her highly enough. I have worked with a good number of other residential property agents, throughout the UK. Some have been very good, but none has impressed me so much, or has gone to such trouble to quickly find our ideal tenant, or to ensure that they are happy with the arrangements too. I have never seen such good marketing material and methods (photos, videos, individual FaceTime tours of the property, coverage on all the on-line portals, open days for potential tenants, inspection of the applicant’s current home etc.) and I have never encountered an agent who responds to communication so promptly and comprehensively. I could not have asked for better. Choose Wendy at EweMove simply for the excellence of the service she provides. The fact that EweMove's prices are also equally top value for landlords and tenants is a very welcome added bonus!
