Through out our house purchase Daniel and the team at Fisher German have been professional, courteous and very timely in their advice of the sales process.we always felt they were working equally well with us as the purchasers and with the vendors. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Helen from Fisher German has been brilliant from my viewing of the property through to the move-in date. She's always been on hand to answer any questions that I had with the move and to ensure the process went smoothly. It's been really nice to have one named contact that I could go to and a personal connection. If the rest of the tenancy runs as well as this I'll be delighted to have rented from this estate agent.

From start to finish Helen from the Knutsford office has been outstanding.
From our first viewing she was very friendly, helpful and professional in her approach. Due to the current crazy state of the domestic rental market the experience we received from Helen and Fisher German has come as a very welcome breath of fresh air and a total sea change from the experience we previously encountered during a frustrating year spent trying to find a suitable home through many agents.

If I could rate zero I would! I have been in several times with my friend where she has asked them as a management company to do simple things like fix door bells or deal with noise issues. Every time they have an excuse or promise to do it and then don’t when they charge a fortune! As a landlord and tenant myself I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole seeing how they treat their clients

From day one Daniel and his team supported us throughout the process.
From Viewing the property, arranging for further inspection and working with our solicitors and Brooker.
They are very professional and proactive. Nothing is too much for them.
Will their assistance and advice we were able to complete the sale on our Dream Home.
I highly recommend them and very grateful for the team hard work and assistance throughout the process.

Absolutely knock-out!
By chance we chose Fisher German in response to a flier through the door. It turned out to be the best decision we had made in the whole house selling episode.
Daniel Heyhurst and Demi Wilner were (are!) wonderful. Communication was tip top and that's everything. From the start they kept closely in touch and guided us through each stage. When they said something would happen, it did and quickly - their responsivity was excellent. They negotiated all kinds of sensitive and difficult issues with the house sale resulting in an excellent outcome for us. They managed all viewings for us entirely and this was done with great professionalism and reliability. We encountered several anxious moments and throughout each one their counsel was informative, accurate and reassuring. Mainly they were "sensible" and realistic about pricing , presentation and marketing etc. These guys are totally professional in their delivery but not stuffy or sycophantic. To say they went the extra mile is an understatement - they went to the moon and back for us.
In my adult life time I have had to move and sell/buy a new home many times. I have never encountered an estate agent like Fisher German - intelligent, savvy, friendly and extremely committed and hard working. Ours was not a straightforward chain and they took so much stress from us and undertook much cross party communication when nailing exchange/completion dates, and all that goes with that, came around. Demi even found us a (wonderful!) place to rent for just the final week when we needed to stagger completion dates across different members of the chain.
If you read this review and feel it is beyond belief - no it isn't. Nowadays one rarely finds the kind of service and support that we received from Daniel and Demi at Fisher German. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are top of my list for any estate agent services I might ever need in the future. Many thanks indeed to Dan, Demi and all their team.
