It was good to be dealing with a real person, Nicola, rather than a 'Bot' over many months of a protracted and at times complicated purchase. She knew so many key people involved and was always so cheerful and positive. It was a lovely moment having moved in, when Nicola visited with a celebratory bottle. Fisher German acted as agents for the property we recently purchased in Haddenham. We were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail throughout. The process was quite protracted due to our downward chain falling through at one point and some legal wrangling over technicalities as well. Their team were very supportive, helping to convince the seller to hold on for us whilst we found a new buyer and consistently keeping the process moving by facilitating rapid and efficient communication between all parties. When we moved in, they provided very helpful advice on local connections to cleaners, surveyors, builders etc. We are very grateful, and will certainly return to Fisher German as agents for us, as and when we decide to move on from this property.
