Great experience with Fletchers. Found my absolute dream flat and couldn’t be happier. I viewed lots of flats with various estate agents, and Chloe definitely stood-out. She was far less pushy than the others and it didn’t feel that she was overselling/being dishonest about the reality of the properties. It was refreshing and inherently meant I trusted her more. She was really lovely to deal with throughout this process too. Most people seem to have horror stories with estate agents but I am pleased to say that was not my experience. Highly recommend!... I would like to start by saying thank you team Flechers and the landlord for the most amazing experience and support My 10 Yr old son and I have received for the whole 2 years of our stay in one of the property in Sinclair garden. Their approach in helping their tenant is so thoughtful and considerate! We have received all the support and attention during our stay from the beginning to the end . The gentleman who is really is a gentleman I met few times called Ashley Griffiths is absolutely fantastic ,his approach in helping us and continue to follow up and making sure all is dealt with us attention to detail ! I also want to say how grateful my son and I are to Mr T white for letting us rent this amazing property for two years and for being the most understanding and compassionate landlord he has been and for this we are both very thankful ! Overall Bridget the lady I dealt with for the first year has also been so wonderful she responded straightaway In any query I had and dealt with it . Overall Fletchers at Brook green and the team are the best estate agent I have come across in london whose service is impeccable.
