I recently sold a property through Flick's Southwold office.
I am not easily impressed or inclined to do reviews, but I am happy make an exception in this instance.
The professionalism and tenancity employed by the whole Southwold team throughout the process, helped to deliver an excellent result.
Special mentions should go to Isobel (in the sales office) and Sabrina on sales progression (a hugely undervalued, but essential, task).
No gimmicks, no promises, just good old fashioned customer service.

Well - so far I'm so impressed with the Flick and Sons rental team (I haven't rented anything yet ... but I am very hopeful). My experience with them (in contrast to various agents in the Essex area) has been so pleasant, positive, immediate and supportive. I made an enquiry late last night and by 09:30 - Oliver had called me back. I had a wonderful helpful conversation with Melissa who intervened as when I called back Oliver was unavailable. I loved the willingness to step in and help a colleague (and a client) - I also loved that I didn't get "press 1 for this and press 2 for that" recorded message when I called! Hooray for human interaction. Melissa used the information I had provided - rather than going all through it again and made an appointment for me today and emailed confirmation immediately. I am so glad their posters/signs were all around Suffolk yesterday when I was driving around. Unlike so often as a rental customer with other agents who make you feel like a pauper or scum of the earth - I was treated with respect and as a valued person/customer. Thank you so much - after 15 years renting in Poland (with such an easy process over there which UK could learn from) - it's been great to be able to find someone who wants to work with me to find a new home.

Many thanks to Lucy who at times had her patience stretched to the limit but dealt with it with seemingly endless enthusiasm! Stress? What stress?! Took a little longer than we hoped due to red tape but we got there! We would happily recommend Flick and Son.
