Great company and jessica is amazing. I initially went through a few estate agents to find a place but ended up just sticking with flick & son. They manage a wide range of properties and Jessica's attention & extra effort made me decide to only use them because I felt like they were genuinely invested in me finding the right place, not just a name on their viewing list. Highly recommend

The staff are all very helpful, answering questions asap. We tried to sell a house, took longer than hoped, but in difficult market conditions. They provided sound advice on pricing, and ultimately the process was succesful. Very happy I chose their services. Thank you.

Consideration taken for another persons property.
Henry showed me around my chosen property with a professional and polite manner. Shoes off for the viewing of the bedrooms.
I found a new home quite quickly in the area of my choice and even though my property was not with Flick and Son, I received a follow up call wishing me all the best for the future.

Friendly, helpful staff in the Aldeburgh office, not their fault that our ideal sized house never came to market! Or that we have too much stuff downsizing from a much larger to a much smaller house! Perhaps one day?
