I selected Flick&Son to deal with the sale of my late mothers house from a number of local estate agents as they were recommended and seemed to have the sort of local knowledge I wanted as we live some way away. This turned out to be a good choice as Matt, Sabrina, Richard and Henry all contributed to what turned out to be a long drawn out process with some disappointing twists and turns. Throughout it all I valued their collective support and advice, particularly when we were beginning to despair at ever completing the process. Sabrina was very reassuring and finally oversaw getting the whole thing over the line, many thanks Sabrina. I'm also particularly grateful to Matt who started the whole sale off and was very helpful in keeping an eye on the property when it was empty. I would recommend Flick&Son as they have that local knowledge and personal touch that I valued, not perfect but pretty good all the same.

Sold with Aldeburgh branch of Flick & Son. Matthew and Henry were professional and friendly at all times. Regularly keeping us updated on viewings and feed back. They know the area well, and also make sure they know the property, their clients and the viewers. Both are a great credit to the company and we would certainly use them again. Thank you.
