Sabrina and her team worked very hard in over seeing the completion of our property. When we decided to sell our Aldeburgh holiday home back last March we had no idea how difficult the whole process would be. In our case this was made very difficult by our buyers poor choice of conveyancing solicitor and lender. What should have been a very simple sale resulted in continuous false hope that this sale was ever going to complete. Sabrina at Flick & Co repeatedly reminded our buyer of the need to request that his solicitor move forward in order that exchange can go ahead. Even on the agreed day of completion, that morning our buyers lender pulled the plug and refused to complete. So we are very grateful that we appointed Flick & Co and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, because when things don’t go as planned you really need an experienced estate agents to jump in and help.... We met Clare, the Valuer, in December 2021 and she confirmed that they had clients on their books who would be interested in the property and could be contacted immediately. Within 2 weeks we had a sale, subject to contract, and completion occurred in April 2022.
