Very unreliable agent<br>I took a place from them and the toilet pipe it broken since I took the place and I keep calling them for a whole month but sadly no one come to<br>Fix the issue , I have no any other choice than to take galaxy agent to court

Contacted Galaxy 5 times in regards to taking us of their mailing list. They send 5 emails everyday with names of 5 different people. Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.

? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication
My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns.
There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue.
I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.

Very negative experience. Never give them a deposit as they will take this and wont give you the place and will keep your deposit.
