Very unprofessional customer service.
I called to get specific information about a commercial unit I was interested in. Instead of answering my questions, the lady on the phone kept asking unrelated questions and insisting that she knew better which unit I needed.
I found this extremely frustrating — she has no knowledge of my business, how much storage I require, or how many staff I have, yet she was trying to tell me what would work for me. This approach felt dismissive and unhelpful.
Overall, a very poor customer service experience.

? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication
My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns.
There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue.
I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.

Very negative experience. Never give them a deposit as they will take this and wont give you the place and will keep your deposit.
