O* Galaxy Real Estate are just scammers
No longer a tenant and still send me emails for rent.
Still haven't received my deposit back aswell I was told yesterday it should be with me today.
Try to claim I breached my lease but in fact they have rented the entire building out to someone else.
Had problems with them from day one.
Nav Grover, Kevneet Grover and Raj Grover customer service is absolutely terrible.
Once deposit is payed back into my account I will delete these posts but until then I will keep writing them

We decided going through sales with Galaxy because the way that they sold this to us, that would be easy and quick. But in the end, after more than 2 months, we did not have a single visit and no updates or communication from them as well. I would not choose them again or recommend it.

Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care.
I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled.
Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

I recently engaged with Galaxy Real Estates to find a rental property. From the outset, the service was less than satisfactory. The agents seemed disorganized and often rescheduled viewings at the last minute, causing significant inconvenience. The properties shown did not match the criteria I had provided, wasting a lot of my time.
When I voiced my concerns, the response was dismissive, and the agents seemed uninterested in addressing the issues. The lack of professionalism and attention to client needs was evident throughout the process. It's disheartening to see such a lack of care and understanding from a service provider. I would not recommend Galaxy Real Estates for those looking for personalized and attentive service..

I had a truly disappointing experience with Galaxy Real Estate Agency during my year as their tenant. Their lack of professionalism was evident throughout my tenancy. When our contract ended, they attempted to charge us £450 for damages without providing any proof of breakage, which we dispute vehemently.
The property itself had numerous issues, such as watery walls due to construction defects that led to mold growth. We reported these problems to the agency via email, but they failed to take any action. Now, they're trying to pin these issues on us.
In their emails, Galaxy Agency consistently mentioned cleaning and breakage, but I made sure to clean the entire house before leaving, and no breakage occurred on our part. The quality of the beds and products they provided was abysmal, and I could feel the springs – a testament to their poor standards.
It's important to note that wear and tear on a house is expected, and the agency seems unaware that they cannot charge for such natural deterioration. They have not provided any evidence in the form of pictures or invoices for the supposed breakage fixing, yet they are demanding £450.
Professional real estate agencies should contact us, show us the damages, invoices for fixing damages and convince us before charging. However, Galaxy merely sent a generalized email, which appears to be a template for everyone, simply mentioning cleaning and breakages without specific details or evidence.
In summary, my experience with Galaxy Real Estate Agency has been characterized by unprofessionalism, low-quality products, and a clear intention to extract as much money as possible from tenants unjustly. I cannot, in good faith, agree to their demand for £450 without concrete proof of intentional damage. This agency's primary concern appears to be greed for money rather than providing quality service to its tenants.

The complete antithesis of a trustworthy, reliable, and professional estate agents.
Initially Galaxy Real Estates ignored my online form request for a valuation therefore I can only assume they are inundated with sales and don't need the work! After all, as an estate agent Its never a good thing to have too many sales. I then chased them up with a call re: the valuation (On behalf of an elderly lady).
When they cared to answer the phone in the Sales Dept, to my surprise they did indeed see my request online but had no answer to as why it was not followed up. I was even promised a call to arrange a viewing that evening by 6:30pm. (A whole day after the appointment was made online). Incredible!
However, yes you've guessed it! Galaxy Estates Sales dept. did not have the decency to even make that call when they said they would.
I guess I will chalk it up to not being their 'desired' clientele!
Oh, and they get a one star review for answering the phone!

Unprofessional and not reliable. Had my house up for sale I had many estate agents begging to to give my house to them I chose galaxy as they apparently had a quick turn around. Booked them to come round a mr Kapoor turned up saw the property asked a few questions and left. Did not return my calls or messages a few weeks later I rang in and spoke to the director and explained to her about the service I received. She was adamant she would get this looked at and get back to me. Which never happened. I was asked if I would except cash as part of the payment which I refused maybe this was the reason I got ignored.

Awful people to deal with, totally unethical, unprofessional and devoid of any morals or decency. They lied throughout the entire process, avoided phone calls and emails from all parties including the buyers, sellers, solicitors and other estate agents within the chain causing an entire chain to eventually collapse after months of agony. We had to constantly chase for answers, continually told everything was ok when it was not, even after involving the Managing Director nothing improved. I would not trust this business they will string you along, lie to your face, avoid you and pretend they are not in the office when they are - they do not care about people and will do anything to make money quickly.

Tried to sell my flat but not at all aware of requirements and wasting time showing people.not serious in pandemic. Knowing full well the minimum I would accept and.last.straw when I lost my patience with them was.when harry had the nerve to put an offer to me which was over 100k under my minimum acceptance price. Overall immature and unprofessional. Harrass you with call saying they found a buyer and then give.you an offer which would mean you would.be.left.with a hefty mortgage.to pay. Not interested in complaints, it all gets brushed under the carpet in the company
AVOID THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT TO SERIOUSLY SELL YOUR PROPERTY.

The cash buyer was a lie they made it up as I later accepted and they said the person had changed their mind. They over priced my property at marketing to start off with. They use dirty tactics and I feel its unprofessional that they are using actual figures in this forum which breaches my confidentiality. I am convinced all these so called positive reviews are from family and friends. I asked them to take my property off the market about 2 months ago and to acknowledge my request so I could sign a deal with a sole agent. They ignored my several messages so I was left with no option but to check the website each day. I also asked the name of the manager to lodge my complaint and o contacted someone called sunny who I thought was the owner and both times my right to complain was ignored. Galaxy you are a joke!! And you know it

I want to share my experience with this "Agency" if you want it to call it so:
I contacted them for a viewing that I booked with a guy (I don't remember his name). He gave me appointment at 1.00pm at the flat that I wanted to see, I waited for him 15mins with my partner but he wasn't showing so I called his mobile but not answer. So I called the agency and a girl answered saying that the guy was in holiday and that she didn't know nothing about it and that she would come to show me the flat. She also asked me if I was claiming benefits?? question that already the guy asked me when he was checking all the criteria to see if I was eligible for the flat.
Anyway she came not to long later apologising. We got into the flat and she started to speak indi or some language from India with the owners, I don't know what she was saying but I know that from where I come from (I work as a Manager in a Clinic) if you are working and showing to potential customers a product it is not very professional to start to speak incomprehensible language in front of customer without not even translating for them. The people were really unwelcome like we were disturbing them and I am pretty sure this had to do with the fact that we weren't Asians and especially my partner is black.
I mean everyone is free to think and have their own prejudices but at least do not waste people's time. I came from a long way. She tried to apologise saying that they were getting ready to go to a wedding. So why agree for the viewing on that day? To me it looked like they didn't even know that someone would go to see the flat that day.
At the end of the story the girl said that she would speak to them and let me know Monday, she took my number saying she would call me to give me the response. Is Wednesday today I still didn't hear from her.
In London 2019 a paying person like me and my partner get treated like this because we are not Asian is ridiculous!
I think this is the most unprofessional Estate Agency I have been dealing with I felt like I was back in the days dealing with people with so small mind. It is very sad but I only regret the fact that I went all the way there to have such a bad experience. As advice don't waste your time to book a viewing with this Agency if you are not Asian or your skin is "too dark"!

Whole team are brilliant!! I had been with a different agent for a couple of months with no success I asked Galaxy Properties to also list my property and they had viewings lined up straight away, and I had accepted an offer within two weeks! Throughout the whole process they were at the end of the phone if I needed them and always kept me informed. We contacted Sunny Grover initially based on positive online reviews, and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the process. They charged fees and don’t do there work Properly. No customer support at all. All they know is how to make fool out of you, and then charge you for that as well.
