Garton Jones has provided good service during my stay at a property managed by them at Grosvenor Waterside over the last two years. In particular, I wish to commend Kim Murray, who has consistently provided great support to me for the past 18 months. Kim is very prompt and efficient in addressing any issues I raise, is easy to contact, and is also very professional and polite. She has made my experience in renting with Garton Jones a real pleasure.

We had a fantastic experience with Anastasija Semcenko and the Carton team when looking for our new home in Grosvenor Waterside. We simply walked into their office while exploring the area, and from the very first conversation Anastasija was incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely interested in finding the right flat for us. Within hours she sent us several options matching our requirements, and just one week later we had found our new home and signed the contract.<br><br>The entire process was quick, organised and incredibly smooth, with Anastasija and the whole team always available and ready to help, right through to our moving day. We really appreciated the personal approach and genuine care throughout the process. We are extremely happy with our new home and grateful to Anastasija and Garton Jones Real Estate - we would happily recommend them.
