I had an excellent experience working with Patrick Gavin, Senior Property Consultant at Garton Jones (Nine Elms office), during the purchase of my flat in Vauxhall, London.
Patrick was outstanding throughout the entire process, consistently supportive, highly responsive, and genuinely friendly. He went well beyond what is normally expected from an estate agent, proactively helping to manage and resolve situations that my solicitors were slow to handle or had not fully addressed. His ability to stay on top of details, follow up with all parties, and keep the process moving made a significant difference.

Jemma, as my property manager from Garton Jones, has been very helpful, quick and efficient in helping me to solve an issue in the flat (the AC in the master bedroom was broken). She was pretty quick in contacting and getting approval from the landlord and arranging an appointment with the contractor engineer to fix the issue.
Also Garry C. has provided a 5-star service - in two days he has solved a problem that has been tracing for two months! Highly efficient communication!
