I have no hesitation in recommending the property manager, Kim Murray, at Garton Jones to look after your interests in a rented property. She has been extremely approachable and professional, in all aspects of looking after my property and the challenges in dealing with tenant issues which she has been able to resolve. Her manner is calm and more than a professional support for a landlord in the rental market.

After coorperating with Garton Jones for a year, the agency welcomed a new branch manager, Joseph. He has been excellent; working alongside Kim, he helped us navigate numerous issues following the introduction of new tenancy laws, ensuring a smooth transition for our rental property. Excellent service from Kim Murray at Garton Jones. Two recent maintenance issues — a blocked kitchen sink and a faulty immersion thermostat — were both resolved quickly and without fuss. Kim kept us informed throughout, arranged reliable contractors, and made the whole process effortless with minimal disruption. A genuinely 5-star experience. Thank you, Kim.

We met Tommy Chalker a few months ago. He was very helpful in allowing us to see a property 3 times when we were not in a position to make an offer. By the time we did have an offer on our own house we had found another property which we liked equally. We knew Tommy had worked hard in getting the GJ property reduced to a price we could afford so it was disappointing that we opted for the other property. He was always, polite, efficient and
