Great experience buying our home through Gibson Lane. Matthew really took the time to understand what we were looking for and showed us properties that were genuinely well-matched to our needs. When our survey turned up some minor issues, he handled the price renegotiation efficiently and got us a fair outcome.<br><br>Wendy was excellent on sales progression — the seller was chain-free and wanted to move fast, and with both sides travelling over the summer holidays, timing could easily have gone wrong. She kept everything moving regardless, and we exchanged and completed in under six weeks.<br><br>Highly recommend Matthew, Wendy, and the team at Gibson Lane - Ham.

So helpful right from the start - they completely understood that we needed 3 valuations for probate and said they wouldn't hassle us for our custom - which they stuck to.<br>Then when we did choose them as our agents they were very professional and efficient - kept us informed, turned up when they said they would, helped us through the house sale/probate process and also had a wonderful lady called Wendy who kept everyone on track throughout. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We used Gibson Lane for the purchase and subsequent sale of the house 5 years later. They were helpful throughout. The sale got a bit tricky but we got there and I thank Tom and Caroline for this! I’m not sure why you’d use another agent in the Kingston Upon Thames area. Thanks team

The selling experience was fabulously handled by the whole team from Branch manager Oliver through Matthew on sales and finishing with Caroline who saw us efficiently over the line.<br>Nothing was too much trouble for this team.<br>I would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling.A very positive experience.
