Pathetic after sales service. We bought a house recently through this agency and initially everything was going fine, until viewings and paying the deposit. Subsequently the process of signing up took little longer than expected as we had to get our signed contracts from India, and due to the pandemic, logistic services were disrupted. Meanwhile we started receiveing emails from them, doubting our intentions of buying the house, and our credibility, and this made us very furious. Never expected such an approach towards a customer/prospect. Specially after having paid the deposit towards the house.
Even once the sale was complete there was no proper guidance as to how to go about the electricity and gas or water connections and registrations for the same. They didn’t even tell us which company to contact for these matters. I even called them once with this regards hoping for some assistance, but all we received from the other end, was a guy on the phone asking us in a harsh tone,
“Do you expect me to do the registrations for you as well?”.
Such a rude behaviour towards a customer, never expected this from GB. Heights of unprofessionalism. We never asked him to do the registration, was just asking for assistance being a first time buyer. Totally disappointed and Would never recommend them to anyone.
