Good, clear communication was very important to me & I appreciated that I was kept up to date with the sale progress in regular phone calls. I had named points of contact but if they weren't available a colleague passed on message or dealt with queries for me. Good service all round.

My husband and I purchased our house in Cambridgeshire through Harvey Robinson Estate Agents Huntingdon whilst residing in Somerset.
We were kept up-to-date with frequent calls and all concerns and issues were handled swiftly and robustly. Every call I made to Harvey Robinson was always met from a member of staff with politeness and understanding.
Special mention must be made for Jamie Westlea, who took our initial and frequent subsequent calls. Jamie also arranged and conducted our second visit to the property. He was polite, well informed and professional throughout.
If, in several years I decided to sell my property I would have no hesitation in using Harvey Robinson again.

Katie Taylor was amazing, she went above and beyond to get our sale over the line, and although on this occasion it didn’t quite happen, we couldn’t fault her commitment throughout the whole period.
Katie worked tirelessly with all parties, and legal teams. Her understanding of not only sales, but legal processes is amazing.
So we start again, and I have every confidence that Harvey Robinson are the company to continue with the marketing of our property.
