I Just wanted to say a huge thank you to your team today regarding our house photos. I don't often write reviews but I was really impressed today!
Kai called ahead to confirm our appointment and let us know that Beth was already in the area and had finished earlier with another client. We were more than happy for Beth to come round sooner, and it actually worked out much better for us—giving me extra time before the school pick-up.
As a customer, I really value a service that is quick and efficient, without compromising on quality, and Beth absolutely delivered on both. She was professional, polite, punctual, and incredibly efficient, whilst also being very approachable and helpful throughout.
I particularly appreciated her attention to detail, and it was clear to see that she genuinely enjoys what she does. Beth is a real asset to your team, and we look forward to continuing to work with you all.

We have just brought our first home and as first time buyers it can be a bit of a confusing and scary process but thanks to the wonderful Amy Rohde everything was so simple. She explained things to me as many times as I asked and made sure I understood everything going on. We are very thankful to Amy and how great she has been during this process making it a lot less daunting. A great member of your team and we are very grateful for her support!
