Just Rented out a property with my mum. The process was lovely and straight forward and all explained exceptionally well by Ellie who has been a star accommodating our needs. FANTASTIC ESTATE AGENTS! would recommend to anyone!

Emailed re a property they had for sale and some info that I wanted to query. Had a generic response saying they had received my email and would get back to me. In the meantime I contacted the planning dept at the council to query the info and received the info back which was different from what they had in their advertisement. Never had a response from them. Poor communication.

We had a really great experience renting through this estate agent from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, well organised, and much less stressful than we expected.
A special mention has to go to Ellie, who was absolutely brilliant throughout. She was always quick to respond, really helpful, and made sure everything was clearly explained. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she made the whole process feel easy and straightforward.
It’s rare to find such good communication and support, especially when renting, so we really appreciated it.
We’re very grateful for all the help and would definitely recommend them — especially if you get Ellie!

From the first on site meeting with Harwood, thee sale of the house as been smooth and sales staff have been very informative.
