when you call to arrange a viewing, this estate agency has a tendency to say they are busy dealing with the vendor and they will call you back to arrange a viewing for you, and then you heard nothing, when you call back the other day, they said they have put you on the waiting list, and therefore you miss out the opportunity to view a property.
this had happened to me twice, even their advertisement or video is just out and you call to arrange a viewing. when you explained to them about the situation, they will just say it's fully booked and ask you to xxxx off.
next time when you hear they will call you back, do not trust that. arrange the viewing immediately or you will miss out the opportunity again.

Fantastic service when purchasing our new property. We sold our property with Hills and also purchased a property with them at the same time. All staff are really helpful and friendly. Was kept updated throughout the whole process. Amazing team at the Swinton branch.

Initially I was really happy with the service the Lettings team provided, well actually, just Tony. I negotiated a reduced price for finding tenants thou what I wasnt told at this point is this would result in a very poor after sales service. The final tenant moved in a month ago and I am still waiting for the meter readings for four apartments plus some unsigned documentation, now waiting for a copy of thier complaints procedure. My advice....AVOID if you want a complete professional service.

Thanks so much to the team at Hills for keeping my student property fully let for the last 3 academic years. All of the team are great but Becky Gibson is an absolute star. She is always so friendly, professional and dedicated. You can tell that Becky was made for her job as she really cares for people and their properties as if they were her own. Well done!
