I wa struggling to sell my property with another estate agents I wasn’t even getting viewers through the door Taylor at the Swinton office obviously had noticed this and personally posted a invitation through my door to see if they could help. I gave them a call Chris came to visit me explained by thr finish and standard of my house this should of sold by now I allowed them to market the property the house went on the market with hills on a Thursday by social media which was great they used videos and improved the pictures by the following Saturday Chris did a group viewing I received an offer well over the asking price which we accepted yes they sold the house within 3 days whereas it had been on the market with previous estate agent 6 weeks from start to finish couldn’t fault Chris, Taylor and the team...
