Hodsons found a buyer for my property with the help of Anita Smith at good price with excellent communication throughout the viewing and offer acceptance process.
My buyer was a naive first time buyer who chose a terrible solicitor (Premier Property Lawyers) who presented multiple challenges throughout the convencying process such as absent communication, missed deadlines and bad paperwork.
However, Hodsons with Lesley Fenwick and Kerry Nichols provided excellent support and communication to chase the buyer and their solicitor throughout the convencying process to push through the sale.

I Have recently purchased a property through Leanne at Hodsons and my partner and I would highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble for Leanne she was fantastic at arranging viewings at convenient times around our busy schedules, she was fast efficient and very knowledgeable. Very happy customer. Great experience with Hodsons, all the team were really helpful and knew what they were doing, Leanne and Anita who were our main contacts through the sale. Very knowledgeable on the area and could answer any questions we had, and very helpful where it was needed. we would highly recommend.

Not loud, not pushy - just good honest diligence and professionalism. Took time to achieve the sale but the staff at Hodsons remained positive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend.

Philip May's genuine enthusiasm for the property we were selling, and his ability to sell Hodsons' services sold Hodsons to me as the estate agent to choose to sell a family home. The subsequent progress has been excellent, with a well-qualified buyer lined up within weeks. The only criticism I have is that a 'For Sale' sign was erected in the garden of the property which was unoccupied, and I had specifically asked for no sign.
