We were initially going to do our sale through an online estate agent and are so pleased we opted to go with Home Estate Agents instead. During the initial valuation Nick was patient with our millions of questions and gave us honest feedback about the market etc. Within a month we had received an offer at asking price.
We were purchasing a house across the country and ended up being in a very long and complicated chain. Nick worked tirelessly to move things along and did more than any of the other agents put together!
I could always get through to speak to one of the team if I called and emails were answered rapidly too. I would highly recommend Home Estate Agents and would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Fantastic service from Nick and his team at Home. We had a great experience selling our property. The whole team were friendly and professional. Nick kept in regular contact with us and made the process of selling stress free. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a local estate agent.

Me and my partner were looking to rent for the first time since graduating and we had the best experience with Home Estate Agents compared to other letting agencies. Lisa was wonderful and quick to answer any questions we had (and we had many). We were so nervous with the whole application process but she was very reassuring at every stage and never made us feel stupid.

We have bought and sold through Home in recent years. Nick and the team are professional, knowledgeable and approachable. I would recommend them to anyone. Nick already had buyers lined up for our house so it never even went to market. You can't get better than that. Nick even dealt with some of our post admin after the sale had gone through. 5 stars all day!

I was impressed by their knowledge of property prices in the area, leading to a realistic valuation and quick sale. The property was marketed overnight. We had a number of buyers in the first week, several of which made offers. They kept me in touch at all times and were very friendly and helpful on the phone. The sale went through very smoothly.
