This is a special shout out to Emma, who went above and beyond during our sale. Not only that, she was also very proactive in helping us find somewhere to buy. Always friendly, upbeat and polite - which certainly wasn’t my experience with many other agents. She kept us calm through a tricky process and would highly recommend. Also a shout out to Georgina, who never actually looked after us but was always very helpful and supportive even though we weren’t her vendors. I would highly Horton & Garton Hammersmith Branch as I used their service to rent a flat. Fahim Abdul showed me a fantastic property and what is important, I did not feel rushed in seeing the property and could ask all the questions I wanted to. Shiyane Carpenter monitored the whole process and has always been responding quickly, keeping me updated. Kelly Page prepared all the documents and also answered any questions I had. They are a fantastic team, very polite and helpful, and really wanted to make me happy as a tenant. We bought our first flat with Ellie from Horton and Garton Chiswick. Ellie spent a lot of viewings with me and listened to our must haves and picked up the apsects of homes we liked and didn't like which lead her to finding us the place that ticked all the boxes. It was a flat that I previously dismissed on Rightmove - which proves having the right agent and seeing the property makes a world of difference. As new buyers, and for me being from NZ too - this process is so different but Ellie was patient with us and supported us throughout. I have known Fahim Abdul for over 7 months now and have built an incredible rapport with him throughout that time. We had a wonderful experience with Horton and Garton Chiswick throughout the purchase of our property. Stuart and Louise were incredibly helpful, professional and supportive from start to finish. They helped us navigate not only the Level 3 survey but also a specialist bamboo survey, making sure the vendors understood why the additional checks were important and giving us the time and support we needed to complete each review properly. Communication was excellent throughout, and they did a fantastic job of keeping everything moving while never making us feel pressured. Their calm, helpful and proactive approach made what could have been a stressful process feel remarkably straightforward.
