Sophie was sooo incredibly helpful. We are moving from Manchester all the way down south with really short notice, and because of her everything ran very smoothly, we had all the information we needed from the get-go, and she helped us out with virtually everything, so thanks again Sophie!! ????x

Indigo put forward a low offer on our property from the brother of someone they told us they "do a lot of business with". I got a friend to call up to see if she could book a viewing, she was told that they needed our permission to book viewings and hadn't been able to contact us. It is untrue that they needed our permission to book any viewings and had never done so. Further, following my friend's viewing request we did not receive any call from them to ask our permission, when challenged the agent claimed he had tried to call me but the call wouldn't connect. I had my phone with me at all times. A genuinely interested buyer contacted me via a mutual contact, as she was very frustrated with Indigo. She contacted them many times requesting information. They told us about interest from the brother of the "person they do a lot of business with" and then pressed us to accept an offer from him. The other buyer went on to say she wanted to put an offer in but wanted some information first, but they never told us this. The only other offer they told us about at this time was a ridiculously low one. They also refused to provide details of a verbal offer from a different buyer made previously, and the outcome list they provided for some viewers at the end of the contract indicates that no such offer had been made , which contradicts what we were told at the time. They also did not provide when asked an outcome list for all viewers.<br><br>They had also claimed that they had a "cash buyer" prior to this, and we had accepted this offer. It turned out this this was not a cash buyer. They then claimed he was working on trying to get a mortgage, this went on for around 3 months, they then claimed the buyer couldn't get a mortgage. No explanations were provided. Shortly after this, the low offer from the brother of the "person they do a lot of business with" swooped in.
