A very professional service from the realistic appraisal through to final completion. We were kept informed of progress throughout. A special mention for Julie Osborn who showed empathy to our personal situation and was very proactive when potential issues arose. I would definitely recommend Indigo Residential.

Superb service from beginning to end. A very professional and very friendly estate agents and a pleasure to do business with. Had an offer on the house within days of it being advertised and was kept fully informed throughout the slow conveyancing process. Special thanks go to both Tom Bennett and Michelle Lynn at Indigo Residential on Barton Road for their diligent work on this sale. I would 100% recommend Indigo Residential.

Due to the timing where the Bank of England were increasing interest rates every month and therefore money was becoming very expensive to borrow, I knew selling my property at this time would be a challenge. That said indigo stuck at it with many viewings and they found after a few false starts a sincere buyer. You can be forgiven for thinking that was that, but getting it across the line to the exchange of contracts stage is in such times a hard slog, not for me but for Julie at Indigo, I will be ever grateful to her for the persistence and perseverance in chasing the buyer’s solicitor to make thing happen. Sure it took ages but some buyers have reasons for delaying things, but Julie kept them reasonable. Without that it could have been worse. Thanks Indigo I will have another property to sell in a couple of years so you can rest assured you will be hearing from me.

I recently sold my property through Indigo Residential Barton Road, everyone we had dealings with from the initial contact to moving were very polite and professional and always willing to help out. Special praise to Julie Osborne for keeping me updated on a regular basis and going beyond her job role to ensure the move happened before xmas. Bradley Cooper, the branch manager, was incredible. He booked viewings for me back to back so he spent a few hours with us for a day visiting the houses in the area. He was honest, insightful, very helpful, and knowledgeable. Can't rate him high enough.

Wow.. Indigo were exactly what I wanted.. fast, confident, knowledgeable, on the ball, gave me good advice and the only agency out of three that managed to arrange viewings ..
