It took Indigo a couple of viewings to start promoting the main selling points of the property, which probably showed a slight lack of research done by the agents on the property. The initial ad wasn't as accurate / detailed as it could have been, however once we raised particular points of concern they did amend in a timely fashion. Overall though they were able to find a buyer who was able to purchase the flat just shy of the valuation, which we noted as being a stretch for the property.
