Our property was with Woods for over 6 months during which time we had 1 viewing. I appreciate that it has been difficult market conditions. We had been assured that there would be regular updates while the property was on the market however we always felt that we had to contact them for information and it was always us that suggested changes to the approach rather than any proactive approach by Woods.

My reason for the lower review on my purchase (I gave a 5 star review on my sale) is due to the solicitors involved. I wish I had NEVER accepted the option to go with the solicitors Swinburne Maddison in Durham because they were absolutely terrible. The process between them and Estate Agent was excruciating.
