Couldn’t fault the friendly and helpful staff at Consett branch. Julie kept us up to date at all times. We had photos taken on the Wednesday, by Tracy who was amazing and captured the full potential of our property, and had an offer of full asking price on the Saturday. Would definitely recommend using this estate agents.

We were very impressed with JW Wood Consett and their Aftersales service.
Our property valuation was quick and realistic and Tracy was very approachable.
We sold very quickly! The commission charged was very reasonable.
Denise in the Consett branch found us a new property within 24 hours after our initial purchase offer fell through. She was fabulous.
Amanda in Aftersales is absolutely worth her weight in gold and ensured that all parties were fully informed of the progress of both sale and purchase - she really did everything she could to make sure our move was as painless as possible.
We would highly recommend Woods for both sales and purchases.

Putting our house up for sale was easy and was conducted really quickly by Denise from the consett branch who handled everything efficiently and professionally.
