I have found all staff at JWW Consett to be professional, friendly and very approachable. They have succeeded in keeping me up to date with progress and answered all questions managing my expectations. I can state with confidence I would recommend this firm for selling, from dealing with Tracy for valuation, Denise and two Julie’s everyone has been very efficient and helpful, couldn’t have been better informed throughout the selling process.

The Consett team have been brilliant, especially Denise, Claire, Julie, and Tracey! The property received an offer after the first viewing, which was pleasing despite being a cheeky offer below the asking price; but the team assured me that the valuation was realistic to allow for the work that is required for improvements! Good team though - nice and friendly, and knowledgeable to boot! =:^)

I can't fault the wonderful sales team at JW Wood. Consett.
Tracey, for the photos, Clare for great communication and information and Denise for her regular contact and advice throughout.
Can't not mention the two Julie's either for putting up with my many calls and messages.
Entirely professional and personable team.
Highly recommend.
