I honestly can’t thank or praise Anne Mann enough for everything she did during the purchase of our new home. From day one, right through to completion, she was supportive, approachable, and always on hand. Anne’s communication made the whole process feel smooth and manageable on the purchase side. She always responded quickly to emails, answered calls straight away, and worked hard to negotiate a price that both we and the seller were happy with. We’re so grateful for all her help!

We sold our house at the full asking price thanks to James Sellicks, who have a superstar senior sales negotiator in Ann Mann. James Sellicks Estate Agents were very good. All staff kept us informed at every stage of our property sales, with good marketing and follow through viewings. Then through communication and frequent updates on progress of sale. Kirsty, Danielle, and Anne were brilliant.
