This agency is awful. Saffron and Ethan have been the most unhelpful, we had many issues with the house that we had reported and nothing was done for months and only after us chasing. Contractors would turn up unannounced and they were not told of proper procedure. On many occasions our front door was left unlocked when we got back and open for anyone to access. I would stay far away from this agency, as they take advantage of students. If you can avoid them please do!!!!!!
