Tom at John Hilton has been great! He managed to get my partner and I a last minute viewing of a property which we have now had an offer accepted on! As first time buyers he has been very helpful and patient with guiding us through the first stages of the process. He was also very knowledgeable about the house we viewed it and was able to answer all of our questions and give us loads of detail about different aspects of the house. We didn't feel rushed or pressurised by him at all. He is also very responsive and gets back to us really quickly which is fantastic! I completely agree with all the previous comments. Over the past year we have both sold and purchased through Hiltons. There have been many hiccups along the way, but throughout Simon Cox has been an excellent communicator with expertise, very helpful advice above and beyond, local knowledge, and endless smiling patience!
