During our tenancy with John Hilton we have had multiple property managers and, most recently, Zach, who we like to extend our huge thanks and appreciation to! We would like to highlight his recent help with some maintenance issues that have been ongoing and had not been dealt with until he took over! Very quick responses, friendly and helpful.

This rental process is definitely not for the faint-hearted, sadly it was protracted by the antics of Goodlord (an app that is neither intuitive nor user friendly) whereby requests are never issued with complete transparency nor a suitable explanation as to why certain additional supporting information is required. If it wasn’t for the assistance of Sadiya at John Hilton, we would have been in an awful predicament and running the risk of the property rental falling through. Sadiya was professional and reassuring, acting as a go-between with Goodlord, through her perseverance and patience, we were finally able to complete all forms and send across the required monies despite Goodlord constantly running interference. Thanks goes to Sadiya for being calm under pressure and pushing everything through to finally reach a positive conclusion for all.
