In my experience, unusual. The house began being marketed on the Friday and four offers were received the next day. An offer well above the minimum asking price has now been accepted.

Fantastic service and quick to secure a sale. Everyone at Kingstons in Trowbridge were friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We received regular updates and they chased others in the chain promptly to make sure no delays.
I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

We recently purchased our new home through Kingstons. From the very start they were very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. They kept us updated throughout our purchase and were proactive in doing everything possible to keep the chain moving. We just wish we had the same service from our own estate agents.

Everyone at kingstons were great, they helped me so much. I sold and purchased through them, quite a scary thing to do on my own . I've now been in my house a month and it's amazing how fast time flies. Myself and my couldn't be more happy.

After 3 valuations I decided that Kingstons Estate Agents were the best fit for the property I was looking to sell.
The assessment of the location and condition of the property was discussed with me leading to an agreed valuation and strategy.
At all times I felt included in the marketing arrangements, a situation that was not the case with other agents I had to conduct a valuation.
Throughout the process of selling the property the communication was positive and inclusive.
