Kingstons and Callum were brilliant
Very helpful and we were in constant communication... just as well as we had a difficult sale our end! But Callum patience plus keeping his seller happy and informed stopped the chain collapsing! Highly recommended

Our recent experience with Kingstons in Melksham was excellent, the guys are professional and very friendly and we would highly recommend them. Communication was vital in getting completion on what turned out to be quite a tricky chain, they were excellent at this throughout with all the parties involved.

We had an exceptional experience working with Kingstons to purchase our new home. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident throughout the process. They listened carefully to our needs, provided valuable insights, and were always available to answer our questions. Caroline Bush and Ben Clinch made the entire journey smooth, and without their help, the purchase wouldn't have been completed, as the conveyancing company we used was not really useful and delayed things. Strange, but we trusted Caroline and Ben more than our solicitor! I highly recommend Kingstons to anyone looking to buy a home.

Kingstons are an excellent team from beginning to end. My dad’s house was sold and his new home purchased both through Kingstons. The process for always going to be a challenge as it needed to complete within 8 weeks and there were 5 properties in the chain. This also all happened during mortgage rate rises (affecting others on the chain) plus being an emotional time as it was my father’s dream home and his last move. The thought of it falling through was our worst fear.
I cannot thank Ben, Philip and the rest of the team for their continuous efforts, punctual responses and determination for the chain not fall through. Communication was excellent, process explained clearly and they always remained professional throughout. Highly recommended 10 ????.
