I engaged with Kingston’s in trying to purchase two properties from the same development and on both occasions their communication - both internal and with myself and the developer - were slow and poorly managed. They were helpful at the start, but made promises and assurances that they did not keep. I trusted them to work to their word, but this was not honoured.

I needed an official valuation and to know what my house was worth as is and if any works would improve the sales price , what would be overspend and what would be quite easy to increase price . I called Kingstons on tuesday and on thursday morning Joe arrived . I have to say i was incredibly impressed ! he was very friendly , professional and nothing was too much bother , questions i thought may be silly were treated with upmost importance and with respect and good advice . he inspected the house thoroughly and was in no rush to get the meeting over with until we were both happy everything was discussed . he said he would get the letter to me and it was emailed before they closed that day ! having good local knowledge and knowing what he was talking about , when the time is right i will be instructing kingston’s for certain . great work Joe thanks very much .

When I purchased my first house with them 4 years ago they answered my questions as quickly as humanly possible, pushed solicitors and the seller when required (even hand delivering a document to be signed to speed things up), being a first time buyer I was not sure what the process was, Kingston's walked me through it from the first viewing, answering all my questions along the way with prompt reply's (phone calls were also frequent) all the way to the key hand over. We felt really let down with Kingston. Although we had gone on the market at a higher price , we wanted to see what interest we had. With a view to lower the price if required. We heard nothing from them to say hpw the market was going, if they thought we should indeed lower the price to get more people through or to sale. The clients viewing our property were here prior to them which was awkward as they were to show them round not ourselves. No feedback really after the viewings we did have and that was by text.

Joe, Callum and Tamzin, have been spectacular throughout. Joe, took photos that really showed the property in its best light, and was so professional and friendly throughout. Callum not only sold our house once, but three times after a number of set backs, none of which could be helped, all whilst being proactive and professional, and Tamzin was incredible in seeing the sale of our property through to exchange/completion, whilst dealing with a lengthy and complicated chain. She was always happy to take my numerous calls, and update me.
Whenever i had a question, or a query, the phone/email was always answered the same day, and all throughout the process I was kept informed.

I can recommend Kingstons 100% if you are looking for an estate agent to sell your property.
We found a property in Melksham that we fell in love with and Joe arranged for us to see it almost immediately. Our house wasn't yet on the market, but we quickly sorted this out and sold within 2 days with Callum's support.
Unfortunately, we had some complications along the way as the chain was so long, which led to the sale falling through (due to another estate agent). However, thanks to the professionalism of Tamzin and the team, our property was relisted and again sold within a couple of days.
The 'Mio' app allowed us to stay in constant communication with the Kingstons team if we had any queries or concerns and we had a great, friendly relationship throughout the whole process (even a few giggles about some things too!)
Thanks Kingstons for your top-class services. We're hoping that this will be our forever home, but if we do ever need to move we will most certainly come back to you!

Kingstons were like a breath of fresh air in comparison to other agents in town, and were exactly what we needed. Their laid back, friendly, no worries attitude and professionalism drove us to put our house on the market with them, and a week later we had a sale!

We needed to sell a house in Whitley following the death of a family member. We obtained valuations from 3 local agents and for a variety of reasons we opted for Kingstons (first impressions are everything!). We are pleased to say that we definitely made the right choice.
Kingstons produced marketing materials with including a video tour of the property and within a couple of days we had 11 offers!
Joe, Callum and Tamzin were extremely proactive throughout the whole sale process liaising with us, the buyers, solicitors and others in order to help us reach a timely sale completion.
We found they were always available when needed and always friendly and helpful to all parties.

The whole team at Kingstons, Melksham were extremely supportive, professional, forward thinking and utterly on the ball in respect of chasing solicitors and ensuring that the whole process remained on track at all times. Unfortunately the first sale was lost very close to exchange but we all got our 'eye back on the ball' and a second sale was secured but lost due to the chain but a further sale was secured very promptly. This sale proceeded well (despite insufficient support from my solicitors) and we managed to agree completion and the process went through on time as agreed. Thank you all so very much but a special mention must go to Joe, Manager for his professionalism, kindness and understanding on the initial visit and the second visit to do the video of the property (pandemic times) as my elderly father was suffering Alzheimer's and did not like anyone in the property but welcomed Joe who undertook the process promptly and efficiently. When my aunt moved into a home due to ill health , as power of attorney I chose Kingstons for the sale of her property. They were the most realistic of the potential for the property and while others were for quick turnaround they stuck to their guns to achieve the best price. As we lived 80 miles away while the house was empty they kept a log of inspections to check security and had very good viewing figures and gave us regular feed back. On my aunts death Kingston dealt with handing over to the Executor but still kept us informed.

Moved into a rented property that was absolutely filthy, covered with mould, with a carpet ridiculously stained and appliances not working. After admitting it themselves that it wasn't in an ideal state, They have done absolutely nothing to help us sort the problem. Two weeks after moving in and we're still bleaching mould and having to repaint the awful "touch up" jobs that were done to cover the mould rather than treat it.
We have two windows that can't be shut, and didn't receive all the keys to the property. They forgot to collect a certificate on move in day and now we're supposed to work round them to get it to them even after everything else we have to do in the actual property.
As a property MANAGEMENT company I have to question what they have actually done to manage this property?! Absolute joke and completely unprofessional.
Been left absolutely stressed and deflated and they don't give one iota of interest.
FYI "I don't mean to be rude but..." usually means you're being rude. Definitely won't be using again!

I sent Kingstons a email via Rightmove requesting a viewing on a property, no reply . I telephoned Kingstons requesting a viewing , all sales staff were not available ,I was promised a reply call that was never made
I received a short email from Kingston telling me a Tennant was in the property and I would be contacted when a viewing could be arranged, I received no contact . Once again I telephoned Kingston and was told Tennant was moving out and a viewing could be arranged on Thursday if the Tennant had left. On Thursday I received a text telling me the property had been sold after a viewing three days earlier ..while the Tennant was in the premises. Totally let down by this company .will not be Interested in any thing these cowboys are selling .
