I engaged with Kingston’s in trying to purchase two properties from the same development and on both occasions their communication - both internal and with myself and the developer - were slow and poorly managed. They were helpful at the start, but made promises and assurances that they did not keep. I trusted them to work to their word, but this was not honoured. I needed an official valuation and to know what my house was worth as is and if any works would improve the sales price , what would be overspend and what would be quite easy to increase price . I called Kingstons on tuesday and on thursday morning Joe arrived . I have to say i was incredibly impressed ! he was very friendly , professional and nothing was too much bother , questions i thought may be silly were treated with upmost importance and with respect and good advice . he inspected the house thoroughly and was in no rush to get the meeting over with until we were both happy everything was discussed . he said he would get the letter to me and it was emailed before they closed that day ! having good local knowledge and knowing what he was talking about , when the time is right i will be instructing kingston’s for certain . great work Joe thanks very much ....
