Kingstons are an excellent team from beginning to end. My dad’s house was sold and his new home purchased both through Kingstons. The process for always going to be a challenge as it needed to complete within 8 weeks and there were 5 properties in the chain. This also all happened during mortgage rate rises (affecting others on the chain) plus being an emotional time as it was my father’s dream home and his last move. The thought of it falling through was our worst fear.
I cannot thank Ben, Philip and the rest of the team for their continuous efforts, punctual responses and determination for the chain not fall through. Communication was excellent, process explained clearly and they always remained professional throughout. Highly recommended 10 ????.

I found Caroline and Jackie extremely helpful. I had been looking for my perfect property for over a year. I had dealt with many estate agents in that time and I found that Caroline made me feel at ease and had helped me from start to finish. She was professional and re-assuring. Jackie answered all my texts and emails with professional curtesy and made me feel comfortable in dealing with all the paperwork. Be careful when taking rented properties with this company. They don’t take before and after photographs and helps the landlords to claim your deposit without any proper evidence. The property I signed for had major damp issues which the land loads or Kingston never took action. I was off sick from work and had to repaint the walls and now they’re trying to claim my deposit for paintwork, to clean garden which I never used (garden is shared for 3 properties) complete Joke these people. Im hoping DPS will help me to get my
Desposit back.

Being restricted to over 55s and located in a complex of houses and flats owned by retired people and located close to a care home, the catchment for potential buyers was inevitably narrow. In addition, the period of time was greatly influenced by the conditions of a Coronavirus national Lockdown. Nevertheless, with patience and perseverance - coupled with keeping the vendor 'pacified' - they recognised the 'ideal fit' relating to a particular enquiry, which eventually led to a successful sale of the property within some nine months. Kingstons sold our house within 3 days of going on sale. Ben and his team handled the sale process In a very professional manner and kept us updated throughout. Jacqui who handles the admin side and communication is fantastic, I never had to chase them for anything and they had a complete handle of the chain and it’s situation all the way to completion, even the agent we purchased through commented how on point and organised they were. I have to say although this was the most stressful move due to Covid, Kingstons are the best estate agents we have ever used by far and I can’t recommend them enough. A very traumatic purchase and sale, with multiple difficulties selling
a 1750 built house . This was built over an existing house with
different overlaping boundaries. Needless to say the solicitors had a field
day !!! The purchase was of a retirement apartment owned by a
housing association,( one of 2 being part of a McarthyStone retirement
complex of 40 apartments ). Consequently 2 solicitors, one for
the housing association and one for Mc. etc.. Once again solicitors
having a field day.
Through all this Ben of Kingstones , ploughed his way to help me,
with eventual success and I thank him very much.
I would have given 5 stars if the difficulties with a next door
neighbour purchase had been easier.
