As a developer with many years experience both buying and selling, I can honestly say that Jackie (Kivells) provided a personal touch to the process that is very rare to find nowadays. Not a straightforward purchase, yet Jackie handled all parties involved in the most professional manner and mediated the inevitable issues that arise in a very sensitive way. I couldn't fault her. Thank you!

The whole process of selling our property was as easy and stress free as I think it's possible to be! When problems arose (never the fault of Kivells) they were communicated to us and dealt with quickly and efficiently. I genuinely cannot fault them.

We have recently sold our property through Kivells and overall have been very happy with the service offered by everyone at Kivells.
Our initial contact was with Dan who provided us with a very comprehensive written review of the market in order to explain the proposed marketing price for the house. No other agent provided such a clear explanation.
For the viewings it was Katie and Mark and again we were impressed by their knowledge of our home and the time they were willing to give to show prospective buyers around and answer their questions. Katie’s enthusiasm for our house was definitely contagious and we are sure this rubbed off on people as she showed them around.
Communication from the whole team, including Jack and Katrina was excellent and Sharron has also been very helpful as we have progressed towards exchange of contracts.
