I have had the pleasure of working with Kivells these last 6 months and I have to say that I have had nothing but the very best service from Sam and his amazing team. I live abroad and thought that trying to sell a property back home in England was going to be so difficult, however Kivells made it so increadably easy, taking all the pressures and stress off my shoulders, such an amazing experience. I would recommend Kivells to anyone, in a heart beat!! Thank you Sam and your amazing team, for helping me through what could so easily have been a very stressful time!

Mark Kivell and his team, were brilliant from the beginning to the end whilst dealing with the sale of our Orchard and business. The initial valuation was very professional, yet friendly, and the fact that he had previously sold an Orchard a few years ago, to the fantastic drone footage, and feedback from him as well as his wonderful team. Even in these financially hard times, they achieved an above asking price offer, which proceeded very smoothly to the end. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, all.

We have recently sold our property through Kivells and overall have been very happy with the service offered by everyone at Kivells.
Our initial contact was with Dan who provided us with a very comprehensive written review of the market in order to explain the proposed marketing price for the house. No other agent provided such a clear explanation.
For the viewings it was Katie and Mark and again we were impressed by their knowledge of our home and the time they were willing to give to show prospective buyers around and answer their questions. Katie’s enthusiasm for our house was definitely contagious and we are sure this rubbed off on people as she showed them around.
Communication from the whole team, including Jack and Katrina was excellent and Sharron has also been very helpful as we have progressed towards exchange of contracts.
