I had an excellent experience with KNIGHT & KNOXLEY in Brighton & Hove. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They provided clear guidance at every step and were always available to answer any questions.

LANDLORDS AND BUYERS BEWARE! IF YOU BUY A RENTED PROPERTY LOOKED AFTER BY KNIGHT KNOXLEY DON’T BELIEVE IT TO BE WELL MAINTAINED. I BOUGHT ONE RECENTLY TO FIND THAT RECURRENT MOULD THAT COULDN’T BE REMOVED HAD NOT BEEN INVESTIGATED EVEN AFTER PROFESSIONAL DEEP CLEANS AND IT WAS STILL THERE. WHEN THE TILES WERE REMOVED WE FOUND THE REASON IT WAS SODDEN AND ROTTEN. THE DIRECTOR DOESN’T BELIEVE THAT IF MOULD HASN’T BEEN REMOVED AFTER A DEEP CLEAN NO QUESTIONS SHOULD BE ASKED IT COULDN’T BE CLASSED AS A RED FLAG BECAUSE THE NEW TENANTS WERE OK WITH IT I WAS TOLD. LANDLORDS WE ARE GOING TO BE HELD MORE AND MORE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE CONDITIONS OF OUR PROPERTIES SO IF YOU USE K&K DON’T THINK THEY ARE DOING THEIR JOB PROPERLY. THEY HAD MANAGED THE PROPERTY FOR 7 YEARS AND HAVE STATED THEY WEREN’T AWARE OF ANYTHING SO IVE INCLUDED THE PICTURES WHICH RESULTED FROM SOME MOULD THAT COULDN’T BE REMOVED BEING SO INGRAINED A MOULD SPECIALIST COULD NOT GET IT OFF. K&K SUGGESTED TO ME THAT I WAS LIED TO AND THE SPECIALIST WAS INCREASING BILL. I WAS ALSO TOLD THE SURVEYOR SHOULDN’T HAVE SAID THE BATHROOM WAS DIRTY WITH MOULD BUT SHOULD HAVE IDENTIFIED ISSUE WHICH IN 7 YEARS OF MANAGEMENT THEY HAVEN’T IDENTIFIED. SO BUYERS DON’T BE LIKE ME AND PRESUME BUYING OF THE MANAGEMENT AGENT MEANS ITS BEEN WELL MAINTAINED BECAUSE NO MATTER WHAT SURVEY YOU HAVE MOULD IS SEEN AS A CLEANLINESS ISSUE AND MY MANAGEMENT AGENT HIGHLIGHTED THE FACT THE CLEANING COMPANY COULDN’T REMOVE MOULD SO THE SPECIALIST WAS CALLED IN.
ALSO BEWARE K&K ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED AFTER DEEP CLEAN THE INVENTORY SHOULD HIGHLIGHT IT WHAT YOU PAY THEM TO DO GOD ONLY KNOWS.
DON’T SAY YOU HAVEN’T BEEN WARNED…

A very different house-selling experience to what I had anticipated and expected. I knew selling the family home would be stressful, but Tom was able to minimise all of my problems and worries. Always available to talk, quick to reply to texts and emails, very focussed on my thoughts and wishes. I firmly believe that I would not have been able to complete the sale with any other estate agent, indeed I would not have wanted to do so.

A massive thank you to Tom and the team. They are easily the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. It is hard to describe how good they are. Always professional , always working on making the process seamless . What are great team. Even once we had everything lined up the team are always happy to help, support and make things work.

A truly great team to work with, dependable and willing to go the extra mile when required. I can’t thank Luke and Tom enough for the incredible work they did to sell our flat which enabled us to buy our dream home. Honestly the best experience I've ever had with estate agents. Ayrton was particularly helpful, as first time buyers we had all our questions answered and really felt supported throughout the whole process. Because of him we got the flat of our dreams, very grateful and would highly recommend this agency.
