We have just let our property with Knight & Knoxley. Luke was exceptional in his role to help us. He got the ball rolling straight away and a tenant was found immediately. Luke was extremely good at communicating back and forth with us and the tenant. He was efficient and responsive. He always answered our questions, set up meetings and gave us good advice. I would definitely recommend Luke and the company to others.

We were able to let our property very quickly with the exceptional service that Luke provided for us. Luke was always available to help and answer questions. He gave us good advice on how to get the property ready to rent. He set up meetings with the client and helped everything run smoothly. I would definitely recommend Luke and the company if you’re thinking of renting out a home.

We would love to give 10 stars if we could! Tom at K&K was instrumental in helping us buy our first home. He went above and beyond to back our corner and help us purchase our dream flat - even where there were lengthly delays from our end. Tom was always on hand to help with any issues we had and always responded promptly and even called us with the good news after hours (when our offer had been accepted) which felt so personal and really showed how much they care about both the seller and buyer. It's been a long journey for us to buy our first home but we couldn't be happier to have done so through K&K. We will absolutely be recommending them to anyone! Thanks so much again x

Luke , Ryan and the whole team at Knight & Knoxley are a cut above other Estate Agents. In this climate tenants are generally treated poorly but our experience was excellent from start to finish. The team were courteous and efficient and didn't employ the awful practices such as cramming viewings or submitting aggressive tenancy clauses. They were flexible and prompt regarding snags that came up during the tenancy. As a landlord myself, it was reassuring to see this high level of service.

Honestly the best experience I've ever had with estate agents. Ayrton was particularly helpful, as first time buyers we had all our questions answered and really felt supported throughout the whole process. Because of him we got the flat of our dreams, very grateful and would highly recommend this agency.
