Fantastic service. Exceeded my expectations. The right company for the job. My property had been on the market with two other agents for over a year. Knight Knoxley presented me with a viable offer in seven days. Special recognition to Jordan who ensured I was kept fully informed throughout the process (but not inundated). *No heating instructions.
*Boiler was broken and flat icy cold for 12 hours. Plumber came promptly once reported and fixed boiler. Good service thank you.
*No electric kettle and No microwave
*Hob-top kettle doesn’t whistle, easy to forget and could boil dry
*Too much clutter in kitchen, no space for own food or to prepare food. 4 lemon squeezers, 7 saucepans and more than 10 big serving bowls, but no baking sheets or oven-safe dishes. Worried about breaking some of the lovely vintage china.
*Outdoor chairs are broken and uncomfortable
*Very comfortable bed, excellent linens and efficient electric blanket
*Plentiful towels, toilet rolls and toiletries. Kitchen roll would be nice addition
*Payment and key arrangements different from Booking.com listing. Not accepting credit cards is off-putting to many and should be stated up-front. Took nine days for deposit to be returned and I had to chase it
*Maybe consider a small armchair upstairs for comfortable enjoyment of the south-facing views - something like an Ikea Poang which could also be easily taken on to the terrace as well.
*Great to have hairdryer and straighteners in bedroom - thank you
*Perhaps list all the amenities on the ad so people know not to bring them, eg toiletries, coffee makers, hairdryer, electric blanket

We booked a holiday let via Knight & Knoxley in Hastings Old Town recently. The staff at K&K were really helpful and the property superb, ideally located in the centre of the Old Town. We had a great weekend, visiting lots of the local independent shops. Highly recommend Rock a Nore Kitchen if you like seafood :-)

Seriously good! Extremely professional in all respects. They marketed my property very effectively, leading to a sale where other local estate agents had failed. Furthermore, they were very pro-active in assisting with the conveyancing, ensuring the whole process was stress free. Cannot fault them in any way and will definitely use them again.

Aryton helped me out with my stay in Hastings. Nothing but a pleasure to work with. The
place was nostalgic with touches of modern throughout. Don’t know why I loved the towel warmers in the bathroom so much but I did. Location was excellent. Knight and knoxley is who I’m going to anytime I’m in Hastings!!!
