From the first valuation to the exchange and setting of a completion date, Charles could not have been more helpful in helping me through the sales process. He was always patient and responsive in finding ways to steer us all though the complexities of selling a class II listed building in Hampstead Garden Suburb.
I think it is fair to say that, although I didn't try any other agents, I'm actually very glad that we gave them sole agency and they could not have been more attentive to our needs. They had many viewings in the first week before the property was even on the market officially, and managed to secure a good offer within a couple of weeks after over twenty viewings, all handled directly by Charles, so I did not even need to be present. It doesn't get better than that.
Thank you Litchfields, though Charles was my key contact, you have all been extremely helpful way beyond any expectations. Well done one and all.

We could not have been in better hands selling our family home of 38 years. Charlie Bobroff was totally professional,efficient and also emotionally connected to how we were feeling. We had some hitches and he never flapped.I would highly recommend Litchfields. They are total experts in the HGS area and we are delighted we chose them to sell our loved home

Giddeon could not have made our experience of finding a flat for my daughter more personable and easeful. He is an estate agent with a heart and has a considerate and cordial demeanour. He made us feel like he was personally invested in making sure we found the right home for my daughter, which exceeded my expectations. His colleague Anne-Marie was also helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I truly feel that Giddeon could not have made our experience of finding a flat for my daughter more personable and friendly. This review is for Jonny Goldwyn. Whether you’re selling or buying a property it’s always going to be stressful or so you think. This wasn’t. I never thought I would find what I wanted until BINGO - I met Jonny at what is now my new home to be and he wanted me to move fast so I did because he knew I wanted it.
