Litchfields found a buyer for our property within 10 days of it being on the market with viewings daily from day one. John was excellent in providing feedback on viewings and Giselle was phenomenal in chasing all parties in the sale to secure the eventual exchange and completion. This was the third move that I have made through Litchfields and I can't recommend them highly enough for their professional, friendly and proactive approach, deep local knowledge and refreshingly human attitude to property sales. We had such a great experience buying through this estate agent. From the second John showed us around the property, we felt really well looked after. He was friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful.
Once our offer was in, Giselle was on the case at all times. She kept us updated constantly, answered every question quickly, and made sure communication between us and the seller stayed clear and smooth. Despite the challenges of a very slow solicitor on our side, she never let things stall and kept everything moving as best she could.
We’re really grateful for how hard both John and Giselle worked for us. Would definitely recommend.
