I recently purchased my first flat in Crouch End, through Giselle as the selling agent. Moving house can be stressful, so it was a huge help that at least the selling part of the process was taken care of by Litchfields, who were highly professional throughout but also very warm and friendly to deal with. When my first buyer fell through, they immediately arranged a host of other viewings and I had a second full asking price offer very quickly. Absolutely first-rate.

Litchfields successfully rented out my flat for several years to three different tenants with virtually no void periods in between. Recently, I decided to sell the flat and Giselle and John promptly identified two competing bidders. The process to exchange yesterday with my preferred buyer went very smoothly, ably orchestrated with professionalism and good humour by the Litchfields team. I would strongly recommend them.
