From the first valuation to the exchange and setting of a completion date, Charles could not have been more helpful in helping me through the sales process. He was always patient and responsive in finding ways to steer us all though the complexities of selling a class II listed building in Hampstead Garden Suburb. I think it is fair to say that, although I didn't try any other agents, I'm actually very glad that we gave them sole agency and they could not have been more attentive to our needs. They had many viewings in the first week before the property was even on the market officially, and managed to secure a good offer within a couple of weeks after over twenty viewings, all handled directly by Charles, so I did not even need to be present.
