From the first valuation to the exchange and setting of a completion date, Charles could not have been more helpful in helping me through the sales process. He was always patient and responsive in finding ways to steer us all though the complexities of selling a class II listed building in Hampstead Garden Suburb.
I think it is fair to say that, although I didn't try any other agents, I'm actually very glad that we gave them sole agency and they could not have been more attentive to our needs. They had many viewings in the first week before the property was even on the market officially, and managed to secure a good offer within a couple of weeks after over twenty viewings, all handled directly by Charles, so I did not even need to be present. It doesn't get better than that.
Thank you Litchfields, though Charles was my key contact, you have all been extremely helpful way beyond any expectations. Well done one and all.

Charles Bobroff was our agent in selling our house in 3Q20. Charles was professional, very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. In the beginning he showed round multiple prospective purchasers and we made ourselves scarce whilst he was showing the house. What should've been a seamlessly easy chain, turned out to be an extremely difficult, protracted and stressful transaction.
This is where the skill, expertise and steady-character of Charles really came to the fore. The chain could have broken down at any time and Charles was able to hold everything together. I doubt whether many other estate agents could have been as effective.

Excellent experience from start to finish, they found us the perfect flat to rent, managed to get the paperwork done very quickly and we had moved in within 4 days of seeing it. Jo Balkin certainly did all I could wish for in the sale of my house. She is ably assisted by the team at Litchfields. If looking for the best in the suburb then I have no hesitation in directing you to her. She is delightful and extremely pleasant to deal with, yet very focused and highly professional. She engages well with potential buyers and her communication skills are well tuned and avert potential misunderstandings, allowing all sides to feel confident, this helps make the whole process a pleasant one in which buyers and sellers confidently go forward. Thank you Jo for being so great at your job when selling my home on HGS. My husband and I are now enjoying our retirement at the end of a year long refurbishment of our new home which we adore. We look forward to a more peaceful less stressed future with long visits from our children, grandchildren and family which this property will easily accommodate even if they all descend at once !
