Found the team at Lovelles in Lincoln amazing from start to finish everyone was really helpful the letting team were always on hand throughout my tenancy thank you everyone I have dealt with loads of estate agents in Lincoln but Lovelles were by far the best!!!

Fabian really showed his true professionalism helping me sell my house from start to finish. He helped the process run smoothly and answered any questions me and my partner had (there were a lot).<br><br>You can really tell they care about their clients and want to provide the best service. Really happy with the service from Lovelle throughout the whole rental process. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and helpful, and they made everything straightforward from arranging the viewing through to moving in.<br><br>Communication was great and any questions I had were dealt with quickly. Really impressed with the team at Lovelle Estate Agents in Lincoln. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Poor experience with this letting agent, not helped by the tightest landlord (Kate) who wouldn't pay for repairs to be done in a timely manner, leaving our family in tricky circumstances more than once. When they do eventually send someone over to complete the work, it'll be done shoddily.
I hope that £43 you managed to claim back via the DPS versus the nearly £800 you asked for is helpful :)
To any renters - be under no illusion, the letting agent works for the landlord and is not there to help you in the slightest. This specific letting agents manager will suggest you scrape and replaster the bathroom ceiling (which was poorly maintained by the landlord) yourself "to make the house your own".

Well bought our house through Lovelle’s Elaine was our main contact along with Jasmine when Elaine was on leave. They were both extremely helpful with Elaine going the extra mile on chasing down on our house sale. I said it to her a few times that I wished she was selling our house as she seemed much move proactive than our estate agent. Thanks Elaine and Jasmine
