Well bought our house through Lovelle’s Elaine was our main contact along with Jasmine when Elaine was on leave. They were both extremely helpful with Elaine going the extra mile on chasing down on our house sale. I said it to her a few times that I wished she was selling our house as she seemed much move proactive than our estate agent. Thanks Elaine and Jasmine

Dealt with Lovelle a fair amount over the years and it’s always been good service. However recently I’m not sure if there has been changes but the dynamic seems to be even better with the team and you can tell they all really get on. I’d like to especially give props to Karen and Mason as there has never been a point where their energy fails to prevail through the phone and no request is ever too much. I think Mason might be new and he seems a great chirpy chap. I will always recommend Lovelle to my family and friends and will continue to use them for any future needs.

After losing my mother we looked at reviews to find an estate agent that had good reports and they were true to those reports. Very helpful from start to finish with great advice, finished with a quick sale of her house now my son has used them to purchase his new house and all went smoothly again.

As a landlord I have always found Lovelle to be very good at getting tenants and keeping on top of things, they give me the option when maintenance issues arise to either get my own contractor to fix it or they get their contractor. They have a good friendly team but I generally deal with Romy who is always very quick at dealing with things and Vicki who is good at dealing with tenants and inspections etc

I recently rented a property through Lovelle Lincoln and had a very positive experience throughout the process.<br><br>Romy Gray was extremely helpful, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. The tenancy process was handled smoothly, and all documents and arrangements were explained clearly.<br><br>Moving house can be stressful, but Romy and the team made everything much easier and kept me updated at every stage.<br><br>Thank you to Romy and the Lovelle Lincoln team for all your support. I would happily recommend their services to anyone looking to rent a property in Lincoln.

Would highly recommend Lovelle, Humberston. Everyone we met were friendly and supportive. Photographer Lovelle uses is excellent and also gave us good advice. From start to finish Lovelle staff have been professional and made the whole process straightforward and everything went smoothly. The house sale completion date occurred 7 weeks after the day an offer was made!

We were very impressed with the service we received from Lovelle. The supporting evidence for their valuation gave us confidence that they were the right choice for us. Their admin team quickly produced a quality brochure and a 3D tour, and within a week of instruction their sales negotiators had agreed a sale. Their progressions team tenaciously kept everything moving along with both legal teams, and they provided a weekly update so we always knew what was happening. Our final exchange and completion were very smooth too. We would recommend Lovelle to anyone wanting a quality Estate Agency to assist with their property sale.

Poor experience with this letting agent, not helped by the tightest landlord (Kate) who wouldn't pay for repairs to be done in a timely manner, leaving our family in tricky circumstances more than once. When they do eventually send someone over to complete the work, it'll be done shoddily.
I hope that £43 you managed to claim back via the DPS versus the nearly £800 you asked for is helpful :)
To any renters - be under no illusion, the letting agent works for the landlord and is not there to help you in the slightest. This specific letting agents manager will suggest you scrape and replaster the bathroom ceiling (which was poorly maintained by the landlord) yourself "to make the house your own".
